Positive points: I had such a great time staying at this homestay!
The place feels so warm and inviting. It’s clean, well decorated, and has everything you need to feel at home. Its close to the Old Quarter, many coffeshop, restaurant around. The host was so friendly and helpful. They gave me awesome tips on where to eat and what to see, which made my trip even better. Perfect for exploring and enjoying local food.
Everything its great, I’ll definitely come back if I’m in the area again

Positive points: The unit is newly renovated close enough to the Old Quarter. There are many restaurants and coffee shops nearby and it was easy to get a Grab from this location. The hosts were also very friendly and helpful, giving us local recommendations and also responding to our messages in a timely manner. The beds were comfortable and there was a washer/dryer.

Negative points: The location is about a 20 minute walk to Hoan Kiem Lake where many things were, walking was not too bad but there is a lot of traffic going into that area. There are 5 rooms which all have a private bath and shower but expect to walk up many many flights of stairs. The water did not work on the first day but the hosts gave detailed instructions on how to resolve the issue. The second night we stayed the water did not work as well so I was unable to take a shower after a long hot day. Please keep in mind this is a new listing, but the renovated unit is in an old building with old plumbing. This was just bad luck for me, but I do want to thank the hosts for coming at 1am to try and fix the problem for me. The host even returned at 6am to make sure the water worked. Due to the water issue, I requested for a later check out to which they accommodated. Overall don’t let the water issue deter you away from staying here.

Positive points: Ngôi nhà rất ấm cúng, ngay gần sát đường, tiện lợi để di chuyển đến trung tâm, có rất nhiều món ăn ngon và quán ăn : local beer, train coffee... có thể dễ dàng tìm thấy quanh đó. Chủ nhà rất nhiệt tình khi support cả những lúc muộn.
