Positive points: Mr Tu Vu, the owner of the hotel tried to help me a lot. It was a pleasure to see how much he cares about the guests. He even upgraded my room for free.

Positive points: Perfect place in a walking distance of everything you need even with young children. Mr. Tu Vu received us always smiling and arranged our transport to Ninh Binh, also gave us good food recommendations. We felt happy and safe to travel in this place.

Positive points: We had a pleasant stay at Hanoi Capital Hotel, formerly known as Impressive Hotel. The staff, Mr. Tuan Anh, and the owner, Mr. Vu Tu, were friendly and helpful and even helped us get to Ha Long Bay at a reasonable price. The room is clean and spacious, the sheets are comfortable, and the location is also very strategic and near the good tourist spots and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this to my loved ones when they visit Hanoi.

Positive points: The rooms are clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is right in the middle of Hanoi’s Old Quarter so it’s perfect. The owner, Mr. Tu, is very helpful and accommodating. Overall a great hotel to stay in Hanoi.

Positive points: Our stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable! The location couldn't have been better, as it was situated in the heart of Hanoi just behind the cathedral. This prime spot made it incredibly convenient to explore many of the city's top attractions, from bustling markets to historical sites, all within walking distance.

As for the room, it was spacious and well-appointed, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. Overall, everything met our expectations and contributed to a wonderful stay. Thank you for a great experience!
