Positive points: Lily at the hotel was amazing. She organised all our tours, airport transfers, a few pick ups and drop offs and a driver for the day to cater for a large group. The location was fantastic with plenty of shops around the area. A very short walk to Hoan Kiem Lake, which was full of activities at sunrise and a great walk around the lake.
An added bonus was free breakfast!

Review: Good location n the room is big n clean

Positive points: The location is perfect - it is literally 200m from the lake and main attraction points on it.
The streets of Hanoi old town are an attraction themselves: crowds, bikes, street food, festive decorations for new year - all is here.
The room was spacious: we had a triple which was absolutely perfect for a family with one teenager kid.
Food selection for breakfast is very limited, but the surrounding is full of restaurants with traditional Vietnamese dishes or adapted cuisine for tourists.
The main advantage of the hotel is definitely miss Lily - one can really find a hotel manager of such hospitality and great caring. Lily helped us to arrange a cruise to Ha Long Bay and with all transfers, restaurants and further destinations bookings.

Positive points: We chose this hotel for its high ratings and location. For this trip, we stayed in this hotel 3 times (on arrival, night before departure, and in between multi-day tours to Ninh Binh and Ban Gioc+Babe.
It has a very good location in the old town, one block from the lake, surrounded by food & shopping. We were able to sleep soundly. As regards room size, it was squeezy with 2 beds but we chose this with full knowledge. Hotel room is clean and functions as it should. Hotel staff were friendly and provided good and efficient service. Lily at checkin speaks good English. We got great recommendations from her on places to change money for better rates, massage, hair salon and western style modern shopping center. For breakfast, there is mix of hot and cold food, Vietnamese and western food. On days we had early tour pickups, even though breakfast starts at 6.30am, we were not stopped from entering the dining room at 6.20am and eating whatever is ready. Kitchen and wait staff were understanding, accommodating and friendly.
Hotel has affordable car transfer to the airport.

Positive points: The hotel is in the middle of high-end shops and traditional open-air markets, an easy walk to the old quater -36 old streets. Nice rooms, and a great staff who are attentive to every detail and ready to help arrange transportation to airport.
Package tour to Halong - Sapa- Tamcoc has very good price and super nice and amazing!
Everything is well arranged and take care by Ms Lily and her staff.

Review: Hotel is in a great location. Very close to the lake, attractions, street vendors and shops. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast is decent with cook to order eggs and pho. Everything was great. Only 3 stars for the facility because of no swimming pool.

Positive points: The location, although upon walking, 2 steps out of the hotel . Literally two steps, a man approached me, offering me cocaine . Marijjana . Ecstasy. Boom boom . Massage . And balloooooons . I don't do any of that. I mean, I used to in England but not in a foreign country . To my amazement , I sat down on the hotel steps, hoping a colleague from the hotel would at least come out to intervene. But no, I had to deal with this event on my own, so I'm not happy about this at all oooooh I liked the air con. But not the people approaching as I walk 2 steps from the hotel
