Review: If you're thinking of booking "Suite Balcony City View", room 7001 is nice.

Positive points: The location was awesome. Staff extremely pleasant and always ready to help! Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Suite and bathroom very large.

Review: Even though you could point out something, like they don't have a shower toilet in their rooms, but you would be willing to say you've received much more than you've paid.

Positive points: Great location in the Old Quarter. Staff are excellent - nothing is too much trouble. Hotel is spotlessly clean and rooms are spacious and have everything you would need. We are already booked to stay here again at the end of our trip before heading back to England.

Review: Staff were super helpful in giving advice on where to go. Breakfast was great. Room decor wasn’t really our style but was comfortable. Great location in the middle of old quarter n very near Hoa kiem lake.

Positive points: Great, comfortable room. We stayed in one of the nicer rooms on a high floor, and it was well worth the splurge. We had a nice view. The room was super clean and comfortable. The staff is lovely. Breakfast was also excellent.

Review: It's about a 5 minute walk to the lake and to the weekend night market. It was very quiet at night. It is at the end of a small street so cars can fit in there but if you are taking a bus tour like we did you may have to walk a few minutes to the main road. The staff helped us carry our luggage all the way.

Positive points: We loved our stay at the Imperial! It was a calm oasis in the very busy and exciting Old Quarter! The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were lovely.

Review: Don't be put off by the less than grand arrival, which is mostly obstructed by motorcycles. The staff are really terrific, some of the nicest and most attentive I've seen. The rooms are clean, beds comfortable. In the old quarter, don't expect much of a view though, so if that's important, you might want to check other options. No gym or pool, but decent breakfast on the top floor. Easy walking distance to the lake and great area to wander about

Positive points: The hotel is a small gem, feels like a family business. Staff is exceptionally kind and caring, they did everything to let us enjoy our holiday. The small size of the property provided more privacy. Location is very convenient, everything is in a walking distance.
