Positive points: We loved our stay at Hanoi Luxury Hotel! We only stayed for one night but it was absolutely perfect. The room was spacious and very comfortable. It was really clean and also very quiet and peaceful. The location in the old quarter was excellent and there was lots of shops and restaurants just a short walk away. The staff at the hotel were warm and welcoming and even allowed us to check in early. Absolutely recommend staying here if you are in Hanoi!

Positive points: Alex - guy on the reception was amazing! Very very helpful, care about our stay, about our trips, he recommended us many things, which worthed for it.
The hotel is at center - close to all important points. Is located at small street , so we were not disturbed by street noice!
Cleaning of bathroom could be better, but except this all was just perfect!

Review: Didn’t like the atmosphere or the bathtub. Don’t have a shower.

Positive points: Beds super comfy, big lockers under beds, clean and modern rooms. They are so awesome here, very friendly and helpful people, they helped me book the Ha Giang Loop tour (and it wasn't as expensive as other options - I did the Hong Hao tour which is a smaller group)

Review: I have booked the deluxe double room with a bath tub and I really look forward to soaking on it whenever I come back from a day's activities. My room is very spacious and clean and it even has a sofa where you could have a morning/afternoon tea/coffee. They also have an elevator which is a plus. Hot/Cold water pressure is good and the toilet have bidet. The young lady receptionist is very friendly and is really attentive that I am comfortable with my stay. She gave me tips on where to go and where to buy souvenirs. The location is at the far end of an alley so it's really quiet away from the busy street. There's a cute cafe just at the corner of the alley Also a lot of food choices outside. Everything is pretty much walkable in old quarter. This place is highly recommended.

Positive points: Good location, good value for money clean facilities

Review: Place is very close to shops and restaurants you won’t have any problems even if they have no breakfast. Staff are friendly and helpful. Only cons I didn’t like is they don’t allow hanging of clothes or even wet towel. At least having that would have been useful especially for the towel. I also experienced smelling of cigarette smoke in the room even if it was strictly prohibited. Other than that I find the bed and lockers spacious enough
