Eliana Premio Hotel Hanoi

Review: I stayed at Eliana Premio Hotel Hanoi during my recent trip and I can confidently say it was the best of the three hotels I stayed at in the city. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant stay.

The highlight of my mornings was definitely the breakfast. The buffet offered a wonderful variety of options, including my favourites i.e. Pho with beef, apple crepes, English/ American breakfast, and an abundance of fresh fruits. It was the perfect way to start the day.

Our room was cozy and warm, which was such a relief given that we visited during the chilly Dec period. The family quadruple room was spacious, with two large, comfortable beds, making it ideal for our group. They also maintained the room impeccably clean and fresh, with daily cleaning services offered upon our request.

A thoughtful touch was their attention to the little details. Every day, we were provided with three bottles of water, which was much appreciated. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and convenience, even offering helpful advice on local taxis. They provided us with information on which taxis to use, with assurance that they would assist in reporting any potential scams to the authorities. They also recommended nearby attractions and eateries, which made our exploration of Hanoi even more enjoyable.

On top of all that, when we checked out, they provided free bottled water for the journey and helped us arrange a taxi to the airport. The taxi arrived promptly and, importantly, cost much less than a Grab ride.

In summary, Eliana Premio Hotel Hanoi provided an outstanding experience that truly made our stay in Hanoi unforgettable. The warm hospitality, attention to detail, and thoughtful service made it stand out as the best hotel in our entire trip. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi and will definitely stay here again on my next visit!

Review: Brilliant hotel at Old Quarter, good location: restaurants nearby, small shops etc. The staffs are friendly and good and clean room and bathroom with good breakfast. Excellent value for money hotel!

Positive points: Location was very central in the old quarter. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff were always super helpful.

Review: The staff at the hotel in Hanoi were absolutely amazing—friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. However, the hotel itself was quite small and unfortunately not very clean. The room slippers were dirty, and the toilet wasn’t properly cleaned, which was disappointing. Despite the cleanliness issues, the staff’s excellent service made the stay more bearable.

Review: We had an amazing experience at Eliana Premio Hotel. The staff welcomed us so warmly upon our arrival and continued to be warm and helpful during our stay. It was easy to get hold of staff at any hour of the day. They shared their knowledge about good places to eat and nice places to see. Many nice restaurants and shops are within walking distance. They also arranged our tour to Ha Long Bay. Just ask what you need and they’ll be happy to provide or direct you to the best place to go with wide smiles on their faces. Truly a special place. I hope to come back again in the future.

Review: We stayed here in Sept 2024. When we arrived due to typhoon our Uber was not able to get through the hotel due to the road closure. 3 staff came to help us with our bags which was very much appreciated. Staff are very friendly at this hotel and are always smiling and available.
Rooms are tastefully decorated and the location is good to explore Hanoi.

Review: Mình nhờ nhân viên book xe đi Ninh Bình.
Lần 1: các bạn báo xe khách limousine giá 400k/pax (trong khi mình search thông tin và hỏi thăm thì giá vé xe limousine đi Ninh Bình tối đa 250k/pax), còn thuê xe riêng thì 1700k/chiều, đi về trong ngày thì 1900k/2 chiều (trong khi giá Grab là 900k).
Lần 2: chồng mình lại nhờ các bạn đặt xe, các bạn báo 1400k/chiều. Chồng mình chê đắt, bảo xe Grab có 900k/chiều thôi. Các bạn bảo giá đấy chưa bao gồm phí các kiểu. Chồng mình bảo phí cùng lắm 100k, vậy giá xe bao hết cũng chỉ 1000k/chiều. Các bạn ợm ờ bảo sẽ deal giá với nhà xe. Rồi sau đó báo nhà xe ok 1000k/chiều.

Nên khách cần cẩn thận khi nhờ khách sạn book dịch vụ.

Positive points: Really enjoyed our one night stay. Superb location, spacious room, amazing breakfast and the staff were so lovely. Had stayed in another couple of hotels in Hanoi previously and this one was by far our favourite.
