In the middle of the supertyfon, the staff managed to keep the hotel working almost as usual.
Well equipped rooms albeit a bit small, which is to be expected for the room rate offered.
Very nice and helpful staff. In summery a very good hotel for those who have a limited budget.
Positive points:
Breakfast was excellent, and we looked forward to it. Phuong was friendly every morning, and she took very good care of us, making special vietnamese soups and omelette. Lovely start to our day.
Phuc, John, Philip, Catherine and Irene were always welcoming at the reception and very helpful too. Service with a big smile always! Phuc and Nhi helped us out bigtime when we accidently locked our luggage with keys inside.
The location is close to everything. All in all, a fantastic stay.
Negative points: Room/bathroom size was a bit small, but that's to be expected in Hanoi old quarter.

The room is big and comfortable for our family (3persons).
We can walk 500meters to the Church, Ho Guom Lake and local foods.
Positive points: Centralized property and very clean
Negative points: Television was broken but its din’t matter much to us since we were mostly outside.Breakfast options are very limited and one of us being vegetarian made it very difficult.

Positive points: I booked this place last minute and got upgraded to a bigger room which was a good surprise. Location was great, comfortable bed and clean room. Breakfast was very good as well! Thank you so much!

Positive points:
Hanoi is noisy but the hotel’s on a slightly quieter road. The room was comfortable with excellent air conditioning and appeared to have a level of sound proofing. We didn’t hear other guests at any point and the hotel was busy. Breakfast is included but we never tried it, exploring Hanoi’s many coffee shops instead
The staff were amazing. We used this hotel as our base in Vietnam, returning three times and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. They can book your trips but most importantly for us they helped us claim for our lost luggage. Each time we returned we were welcomed back as if we were family.
Positive points: Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good, make sure you see the menu for hot options. Comfy bed.
Negative points: Some tour operators found it hard to find the hotel.
