Positive points: There was so much to see in Hanoi that we decided to stay another day and of course chose Ascoustic again. It's great to play a few tunes on the hotel piano when I get back to the hotel. I will stay here again next time I come to Hanoi

From the moment we walked through the door, we felt genuinely welcomed by the wonderful staff, whose warmth and attentiveness made all the difference. No request was ever too much trouble, and their exceptional service added so much to our stay.

The rooms were incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed for comfort—it’s a shame we could only stay for one night! This is a place we would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone visiting Hanoi.
