Positive points: It was simple but worked well for our two nights stay. Breakfast was good, nice choices.

Review: The hotel is located in the city center, making it very easy to get to many attractions. The staff is friendly and sociable. I am very satisfied with the prices and services if I have the opportunity to travel again, I will experience it once more. 💓

Review: I stayed there for 3 days. The location was good. Everything is in a walking distance and pretty central. Staff were quite friendly. The room was spacious and so was the toilet. However, there were no elevators and my room was on the 4th floor. As I have severe asthma, this became a challenge. The room comes with some snacks but those are chargeable. They didn't tell me that before so I ended up paying extra. Make sure you check this as it'll come added in the bill. Everything else was great though!

They can speak basic English (the staff named Lucy), she even escort me to room which is very welcoming
Helping me to arrange transport and communicate to grab driver is extremely helpful
The hotel located inside alley so grab can't come in
They help to bring my luggage to meet grab driver
Room condition is ok

Positive points: The best hotel if you are travelling with family because of its location and the size of the room is big. The staffs are very kind and gave quality service specially thier receptionist. The breakfast is also great

Review: Got the room which was lower in standard vs the one I booked. Other guests' reviews also mentioned this issue. I suppose this hotel is used to shuffling whichever available rooms for guests irregardless of the room pictures shown ! Not ethical.

Rose was amazing and so friendly. The Christmas party was a really lovely surprise and everyone was so generous. Rose and Harry made the party such fun!
