Positive points: The hotel staff is very bad, especially the room service. When I ask for the room to be cleaned, the response is that the room will not be cleaned until after your stay. There is a girl with glasses. I don’t know what her job is. When you ask her or request something, the hallways are rude. There is also no reception desk. I saw a group of young men and this girl alone sitting in a room on two floors, which is their place of residence and also the reception at the same time. The only good thing about this hotel is the hotel manager. He is a respectable man from Nigeria. He was constantly communicating with me on WhatsApp. He is a man who deserves appreciation and respect, but unfortunately he is not present in the hotel, leaving the hotel to a group of young men and a girl with her brother and another person named George. These people do not have experience in dealing with hotel guests. There is another very important matter. There is a young man named Dog. I do not know his relationship with the girl who wears glasses. He asked me to give him some money on the pretext that his circumstances are difficult. I gave him 70,000 Dong. I did not book in this hotel until after the staff changed. I felt very regretful for staying in this hotel.

Negative points: I did not like everything, whether it was the cleanliness of the room, the bad way of talking to the guest, or the lack of interest and respect for the guest.

Positive points: It's like Air Bnb with cheap price quite area,friendly staffs.
The price is valuable compare to old quater.I love it and must recommended.

Negative points: There is no attach toilet.but it find next to door and big toilet.

Positive points: Good price for a private room and was clean. Aircon worked well. Bed was comfortable.

Negative points: The room that I booked (that all of the photos were of) was not the one I was put in. There was no mention in the listing that it might be another room. Also no mention that it was a shared bathroom. The one I was in had no balcony or hairdryer, was smaller, and the window just looked out to a brick wall. So it was very dark and not nearly as pleasant as the one in the picture. Someone else came into my room while I was in there after being told it was theirs by staff. The man working there also wasn’t very friendly. Was also hard to find when I first arrived. Breakfast was just a meat bao bun and glass of juice. Not good for vegetarians. Location wasn’t great. Just disappointing because I definitely wouldn’t have booked it if the pictures had shown what the room was actually like.. disingenuous listing. If people know what they’re booking in advance it’s fine, but I didn’t. So hopefully this gives more info to people looking to book it than this listing does.
