Review: Great hotel, very clean, great location.
We were greeted by Chloe, who was the nicest person we met while travelling Asia! She couldn’t do enough to help us. A great start to our stay in Hanoi!!

Positive points: Good location, free breakfast

Review: The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of all major attractions, and the staff is friendly and approachable, though their English skills are limited. The rooms are somewhat dated and do not quite match the promotional photos. Breakfast offers a limited selection, but at least includes coffee, toast, and eggs.

Positive points: Staff can speak english, very friendly, good facilities for that reasonable price. I'm very satisfied.

Positive points: Great location in the old town. The room is quiet, clean, the staff is welcoming and cheerful. Delicious breakfast, near famous locations with many restaurants and cafes around.

Review: mình có chuyến công tác nên book phòng nơi đây, thấy trên agoda phòng cũng ổn nên mình book, nhưng khi đến nhận phòng thì quá thất vọng , phòng cũ kỹ , mùi hôi kinh khủng , thang máy thì cũ như mấy chung cư ma, nhân viên tệ , thấy khách đến không chào hỏi , đón tiếp , ăn sáng k có gì ngoài bánh mì và phở dở , quầy bánh mì có bồ hóng bu quanh, mất vệ sinh. Mình book 2 phòng , ở 6 đêm, đã thanh toán tiền qua thẻ . Vì phòng quá tệ nên mình ngõ ý với khách sạn mình muốn trả phòng, tìm chỗ khác , hi vọng khách sạn hỗ trợ trả lại phần nào tiền phòng, nhưng khách sạn k hỗ trợ . Và tụi mình chỉ ở đó được 1 ngày và khônv thể tiếp tục ở được nữa, nên tụi mình quyết định trả phòng và mất hoàn toàn số tiền của 6 đêm . Khách sạn ở đồi diện là bệnh viện nên rất ồn . Mọi ng nên cân nhắc k nên book phòng ở đây.

Positive points: Great hotel right in the center of the old town. Friendly, cheerful staff, very close to the Cathedral and surrounding famous locations. Clean room, delicious breakfast with tea and fruit juice. Room price is very good compared to the area. Will come back here next time if I have a chance to come to Hanoi again.
