Review: I am a first timer in Vietnam. This is my first accommodation on my first day here in Hanoi, experience was great. The only thing that is bothering is the entrance, because there's no light in the entrance, its so dark but its not a problem, the staffs will send a complete guide to enter their place. Room was clean, the comfort room doesn't have a door to close but has a curtain. Overall it was a great experience. Also we left our bags afyer checkout, they allowed us, we're kinda skeptic to leave our bags outside the room. But it was safe until we picked up. Kudos to the owner! :)

Negative points:
It's very hard to get upstairs with suitcase, stairs are very narrow
Mattress is not comfortable
Positive points: Quite tidy and clean, quick responds for any service concern/ requirements.
Negative points: There was problem with water pressure in bath room in the second day... could not flush toilet.
Positive points:
Very good location in the centre, able to walk to all big attractions/ landmarks. Bed was very comfy.
We had an issue with the water/shower but this was due to the water company and the host quickly had bottled water delivered while we waited.
Negative points: WiFi is quite unreliable
