Positive points: Great location. Great price. Clean rooms. Tv had Netflix. Can’t complain. Great staff to help with everything.

Review: Located in the middle of Old Quarter, you can easily walk anywhere.

Positive points: The room was fantastic, very spacious and with furniture, hangers and racks to organize things - considering we stayed for 4 nights. The bathroom was spacious, with shower in bathtub with curtain - so the space wouldn't get all wet after a shower. Useful complimentary toiletries. We asked for extra blankets (it was winter) and we got them no problem. Staff was very attentive, specially the women in the evenings. They arranged our taxi to the airport. They allowed us to combine cash and credit cards when checking out, which was convenient to use the Vietnamese dollars we had left before leaving the country. A few short blocks away from Hoan Kiem lake, supermarket 1 block away.

Review: I like to stay here, the location is very good

Positive points: The balcony was huge, but without much a view. The staff made hotel to airport transfer arrangements that were reasonable and efficient.

Review: Booked a 3 night stay, was given a room (503) on the 5th floor (hotel elevator only operated to the 4th floor). Day receptionist was friendly but the male receptionist working in the night was extremely rude. Had to carry suitcase up a flight of narrow stairs up 1 floor. Air conditioning did not work in that room. Called the reception to request for a room change but the male staff came up and insisted rudely that the air conditioner was working and to wait 2minutes. I waited for 20minutes and was perspiring profusely and decided to check out on the same day I checked in.

Positive points: Very good position in the old quarter. Room was nice,large and comfortable. Wooden furniture, lovely. From the 4 floor you have a nice view,especially for tet fireworks

Positive points: I had a suite for $35. Can't beat that. Can't beat the location either, or the lovely staff.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Lucky Central Hotel and Travel Hanoi during my trip to Vietnam, and overall, it was a delightful experience.

First and foremost, the location of the hotel is fantastic. Situated in the heart of Hanoi, it truly lives up to its name "Lucky Central." The hotel is within walking distance of many popular attractions, such as the Old Quarter, Hoan Kiem Lake, and the Night Market. This made it incredibly convenient for me to explore the city on foot and immerse myself in the vibrant atmosphere of Hanoi.

The staff at Lucky Central Hotel deserves special mention for their exceptional hospitality and friendliness. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, We we're greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming attitude. The check-in process was swift, and the staff was more than happy to assist with any questions I had about the local area or arranging travel activities. Throughout my stay, they consistently went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction.

The room we stayed in was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Though not overly spacious, it had all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable, allowing me to rest well after a long day of exploration. The bathroom was modern and stocked with toiletries, and the housekeeping service was impeccable, ensuring that everything was kept tidy during my stay.


While there were numerous positive aspects to our stay, there were a few minor drawbacks. The Wi-Fi connection in my room could be somewhat spotty at times, which was a bit inconvenient as we needed to work remotely during my stay. Additionally, the noise from the busy streets occasionally seeped into the room, but it wasn't a major issue for me.

In conclusion, Lucky Central Hotel and Travel Hanoi provided me with a memorable and enjoyable stay in Hanoi. Its unbeatable location, excellent service, and comfortable accommodations make it a grea

Review: Phòng nhỏ không như mô tả, diện tích phòng chỉ khoảng 15m2 trong khi mô tả là 30m2, phòng cũ, có mùi. Mình đi 4NL 2TE, đặt 2 phòng, có note giường đôi nhưng ks xếp 1p đôi 1m6*2m và 2 giường đơn nên 2 bé phải ở chung phòng giường đôi. Bù lại mình check out muộn 30' ks vẫn okla, vị trí gần phố đi bộ, và có bồn tắm nên 2 anh nhỏ cũng mê tắm lắm 😝

Review: Khách sạn nâng cấp chúng tôi sang 1 phòng lớn hơn ,có luôn phòng khách và 2 giường ,có ban công ,nước miễn phí và wifi mạnh ,thái độ nhân viên và chủ nhà rất tuyệt ,giúp đỡ tận tình...vị trí thì miễn bàn...nhìn hotel bề ngoài cũ nhưng bất ngờ về nội thất bên trong ...xin cảm ơn
