Review: Very clean. Convenient location with lots of food options and spas and shopping streets. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent with a good spread. There is tea time with cakes and coffee tea too! Would highly recommend and visit again.

Positive points: The hotel is conveniently located in the Old Quarter close to restaurants and attractions. The staff is amazing. They were helpful with bookings and information. The restaurant is good. Breakfast has a large selection. We utilized the spa and were very happy with the service. The rooms are comfortable. Great value.

Review: This was my first visit to Hanoi and Le Premier Hotel made my stay very pleasurable. The hotel is located in a very ideal location, very clean, and the nicest and attentive staff. The restaurant and bar has great view overlooking the lake, so be sure to check out the view during your stay. Would recommend this hotel and I would return to this hotel for future visit.

Positive points: Very clean, newly build hotel. Perfect location, close to everything. But in a very quiet area. Lots of restaurants and bars, coffee shops, spas near by. 1 min walk to the lake. Walkable distance to all attractions.
Lily was absolutely amazing and informative. Breakfast was excellent and starts at 6:30 am which is a perfect time if you take morning tours.

Review: Very good location, easy to walk around to get food. We stay at 5 floor, no view except the roof of neighbors. Nice rooftop restaurant for breakfast and teatime. Feeling warm to have teatime after checking in.

Review: Minor hiccup at CHECKIN due to room allocation but otherwise helpful and attentive staff, clean room, very good breakfast spread and even light refreshment at tea time. Roof top bar looks nice. Only rated 4stars for facilities only because no gym. Would return on next visit.

Positive points: Our stay at Le Premier Hotel and Rooftop Bar was absolutely wonderful. Nestled in the heart of the Old Quarter, the hotel’s location made it incredibly convenient to explore the city’s vibrant streets, markets, and historic sites. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

A special thank you to Ms. Lily and Ms. Jenny, who truly went above and beyond. They provided excellent recommendations, helped arrange special requests, and made airport transfers seamless and stress-free. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality made a lasting impression on us.

The included breakfast was another highlight, offering a wide variety of both local and Western cuisine. The selection was impressive, featuring two types of pho, freshly prepared eggs, and an array of delicious options to start the day right.

After a full day of exploring, the hotel spa was the perfect place to unwind. The staff was professional and welcoming, and the services were both affordable and high quality, making it a convenient way to relax.

The rooftop Luxe Bar offers city views—a nice spot to enjoy a drink.

One small note for travelers: credit card payments made with non-local cards incur a transaction fee, so it’s something to keep in mind.

Overall, Le Premier Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. With its ideal location, exceptional service, and thoughtful amenities, it’s a fantastic choice for anyone visiting the city. We highly recommend it and look forward to returning in the future!

Review: Super friendly welcome by staff with tea and sweet. The room was well sized and I couldn't fault any of it. Comfortable robes included. New facilities, couplw months as of Nov 2024.

Positive points: I like that the hotel put the hospitality, cleanliness and efficiency on its priorities. The room is spacious with a well functional bathroom. I’ve stay in a few hotels around Vietnam and often they had minor bathroom leaks or dysfunctional layouts. Le Premiere was the only one that exceeded my expectations. You got what you need inside the bathroom and plenty spaces to put clothes or personal toiletries. The room was clean and new, love it. The big shot is staffs. Everyone is so friendly and courteous. Big shout to Lily. Lily has been helpful, went beyond and above offering her assistance since I was still in Sydney. It’s lovely to see her in person, warmth smile, friendly and always happy to help. That’s make a perfect stay in Hanoi. Her employer is so lucky to have her as the front representative. Furthermore, the breakfast was delicious and beautifully arranged. We had a wonderful sunset evening on the top floor bar, Luxe Bar, with old quarter and lake views. Location is top notch. I’d not hesitate to come back and would recommend Le Premiere Hotel to anyone. You’d be happy and feel welcome. Please keep the standards that way.

Positive points: Our whole experience in this hotel was first class, our contact Lily kept us fully informed prior to our visit and also booked a local tour for us, her service was excellent as with the rest of the staff.
