Review: The hotel is perfectly located. It is near the popular train track spots and is within walking distance (but Hanoi’s walkability is another story) to old town and French quarters. The staff are very friendly and helpful. One bad thing about the room is the ventilation. The window does not face the outside but rather the inside hallways of the hotel. It wouldn’t be much of a problem if the air ventilation in the room was good but it wasn’t. The room felt stuffy and it was during the high pollution season and I could feel the dust particles in the room giving me allergies. We asked for an air purifier and the staff said they do not have one. At night we could smell some kind of cooking smell coming from the air con even though the hallway did not have any cooking smell. I don’t know if it was only our room. But other than that the room was great and can’t beat the location and staff hospitality.

Positive points: Beautiful art deco style rooms, clean, spacious especially the shower with good pressure and hot water. Loved the attention to details in the room like fresh flowers and fresh fruits.
Well located, close to the old quarter, right next to the train street, with plenty of choices of restaurants and convenience store. Despite being next to a busy street, our room was super quiet and we slept like babies.
Didn’t have time to try the spa unfortunately but it looked very high end and professional.
The highlight of our stay was definitely the staff. We were treated like in a 5 star hotel by Mr. Nguyen The Minh. He remembered details of our onward itinerary, spoke perfect English, gave us great recommendations, and even gave us a little souvenir before we left. We cannot thank him enough for his hospitality and his courtesy that made our stay memorable.
We would definitely recommend this place. Keep up the great work.

Review: Staff were one of the best and the place was magical... will definitely be back.

Positive points: First, location is great if you want to explore local food and the famous train street in Hanoi. The street is basically 3 minutes walking, making it so convenient to see the train passing. Second, check in was smooth and quick. We got clear informative instructions from the staff and everything was well appreciated. As we were a new couple and wanted to enjoy our first trip together, the hotel upgraded us upon knowing this information. The room was very clean, quiet, and well-ventilated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the soundproofing ensured a peaceful sleep, despite being close to the Sky Bar.

Breakfast was delicious, though a bit more variety would be nice. We tried wine and cocktails at the sky bar and those were well made as well. For us it was a perfect stay and perfect place to create long lasting memories. Thank you to everyone here, especially to Hue that took so good care of us during our stay. She did go the extra mile to make sure everything and everyone is happy. We will book again for sure.

Review: We only stayed here for a night to catch our flight out of Hanoi on the next day.

The hotel staffs were very helpful. The check-in process was very smooth and efficient.

They assisted us in getting a transport service to the airport and provided us a packed breakfast to go.

The room was clean cozy and what we have requested.

Location is a bit farther from the inner part of the Old Quarter but still manageable as there are ample choices of good restaurants to choose nearby this hotel.

Review: I had a great stay at the hotel. Staff are all very nice and friendly. Spa was great and they offer 40% discount for my next stay at the hotel. Soundproof in the room is not quite good, I could hear people walking or running in the corridor but this only happened 3% of my stay. 97% it was quiet. I enjoyed very much my stay and would recommend this hotel to others.
