Positive points: The accommodation was nice, modern, and clean. When I felt cold, a portable heater was brought to me.

Negative points: There is no heating. The Wi-Fi wasn’t very fast, but it was sufficient for basic use.

Positive points: The apartment was very clean and cozy. It was a pleasure the communicate with the stuff, and even thought we arrived late at night, there was no problem to self check in. Definitely recommend!

Negative points: Our room had no day light. But it’s just an observation, not a huge minus

Positive points: Host was responsive even though not on site. Communicating via Whatsapp was a breeze

Negative points: No staff on site so it was a bit difficult to handle bulky luggage up the stairs. Would be nice if I was able to use the luggage locker right by the entrance.

Positive points: The condition of the property matched the pictures. The location was close to so many good restaurant.

Negative points: The property was on a busy street so it couldn’t avoid any noise from traffic but it wasn't a big deal because the isolate of the apartment against most of that.

Positive points: The room was clean and decorated beautifully. If you travel on a budget like me, please be aware that there’s no lift in the building. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay 🥰

Positive points: Cozy and clean apartment near Hoan Kiem lake. Staff was extremely helpful during our stay with a late check-in. Love our stay here!!

Positive points: Having stayed in the old quarter previously it was lovely to stay in this part of Hanoi. More relaxed and better cafes all around. It's close to Train street too.

Easy to get in with the code system and the owner was available via WhatsApp to help with anything.

Excellent welcome document with top recommendations of the area.

Positive points: I had a great overnight stay at this Hanoi apartment! The location is ideal—close to key attractions, cafes, and markets. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a short stay. Our host was incredibly welcoming, providing helpful tips about the area and ensuring we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!
