Review: The staff were wonderful. The location is very convenient because it is right in the old town center and close to the lake.

Positive points: The receptionists were very lovely trying their best to make my stay comfortable.

Review: Staff was super helpful and friendly. Location was close to everything. However facilities was over-dated, room was small, you can hear all noises from street and neighbours. Breakfast was just Ok.

Positive points: The staff was very friendly and welcoming! I have never experienced this before. The hotel is perfectly located at the edge of the old quarter.

Review: I didn't know The Old Quarter and if I had, I would have stayed closer to West or South side of the Lake. Nothing against the hotel--people are very friendly and helpful, room was clean, and you're there (just not there there).

Positive points: Cozy art hotel in the old quarter. Super amazing Team at the reception, also at the breakfast and guys at the night reception. Clean, stylish rooms (take a room with a big window otherwise You see the wall).
You will have lots of positive vibes after staying in this hotel.

Positive points: Great stuff, super helpful, rooms are clean. 3 min walking from the city centre. You can leave the luggage at the luggage space.

Positive points: Eliana Signature was best hotel that I stayed at while traveling a month in Vietnam and Cambodia. I am a lover of Boutique Hotels and this one was so beautiful in every aspect. The staff was fantastic! When I was tricked into a car that was not my Grab and the man was driving erratically and not directly to the hotel I messaged the hotel that I was afraid. Senila stayed in constant contact with me until I arrived and assured me that I would not be kidnapped just over charged. She was standing outside and talked the corrupt man down in his extortion of $ even when he was angry and aggressive. My Grab app was suspiciously jammed at the airport and I should have asked the hotel for transport ahead of time. Jane snd Rosie have a great crew of folks who were looking out for me even before I arrived. As a solo traveler I felt well taken care of by the friendly staff at the hotel.
The breakfast was fantastic and the views from the restaurant in the morning were beautiful.

Positive points: Staff was super friendly, helpful & accommodating! Location was good, easy to walk to main area with lots of outdoor shopping, food vendors & restaurants. Breakfast included was a plus but not big selection but good enough to get you going for the day!

Review: Best place to stay close to old quarter but away from the noise and all the buzz. Staff is super cordial and helpful. Rooms are without windows but that’s preferred when you living close to old quarter and want a peaceful sleep. I got upgraded to triple room though travelling alone. Breakfast was quite decent and handful

Positive points: The most I liked is the very accommodating staff. The room is clean, we loved their buffet breakfast very satisfying.

Review: Very small hotel very very poor size and 4 star rating ! Intact its max 2 star.... horrible horrible way to guide and i hold AGODA responsible for it.
