Review: My wife and I stayed with Acoustic for 7 days. We really enjoyed it. The location is perfect. Everything is in a short walking distance. The breakfast is very good. Their pho and banh mi are just as good as any restaurant's. But the best part is their staff. They are so friendly to us. One day my wife left her purse in the dining room and, in panic, she rushed back, only to found out the waitress picked it up and returned it to the front desk! We are so grateful for her honesty. In all, we've decided this is the hotel we will come back to. Thank you Acoustic!

Positive points: I had a reservation for three days, and before departure, a staff member contacted me and provided some travel tips. Upon arrival at the hotel, the staff warmly welcomed me. The room was comfortable and clean. Every morning, there was a variety of delicious breakfast options. Everything was so good that I extended my stay for two more days. During my time at the hotel, I joined a group tour to Ha Long Bay, which was a truly satisfying experience. I would give it a perfect score and would definitely stay here again if I have the chance in the future.

Review: Stayed with my family members with 3 rooms booked, new hotel with clean room, staff very polite & many option buffet breakfast for vegetarian & non vegetarian. Will stay again for my next visit.

Positive points: Great location in Hanoi old quarter on a quieter street, so the rooms are not noisy. Breakfast was great with a nice view from the last floor of the hotel. Comfortable rooms, great staff!

Review: We slept here in Acoustic Hotel for one night and it did not disappoint. The senior deluxe room is very clean and spacious. I was surprised the room has a bathtub. The hotel is along a busy street but at night it was quiet.

The check-in process was easy. They gave us tea, candy, and towel while we waited. Also, receptionist accompanied us to our rooms as she explained the facilities available and breakfast serving time. Breakfast was really good, don't forget to try their Beef Pho noodles!

After check-out, we had to store our luggage with them as we roam around the city. Again, receptionist accompanied us outside as we waited our Grab rider.

Acoustic Hotel's staff are really hospitable and helpful. This hotel is highly recommended!

Review: I love the location and polite stuff. It might be better to use taxi between hotel and airport bcs it was cheaper than Grab, which I used first day from airport to the hotel.

Review: Our stay was great! The room was sufficient for 3 of us. Was provided fresh towels everyday. Location for was great. Not super central but very walkable. It was nice to come back to a slightly quieter area to rest. There’s some great food choices around as well.

However, We travel during Lunar New year and there was a slight miscommunication regarding the breakfast as we were told it was closed during Tet when it was actually open. So we only had 1 day of breakfast which actually taste quite decent.

Other than that the staff was friendly and the rooftop area was actually beautiful.

Review: I stayed for 1 night. Room and bathroom are well appointed. Bed was very comfortable. I wish I had spent longer there but, was heading to Halong Bay. I have no hesitation in recommending to others

Positive points: Lovely warm welcome when we arrived and the staff can’t do enough to help you, especially Khan. He gave us some excellent recommendations for dinner which were super close by and so good. The rooms are a good size and very clean.

Positive points: The hotel is a beautiful oasis in the middle of the old quarter. Perfectly placed for all key areas of interest. The staff are so kind and helpful and breakfast was extensive. One of the best city hotels we have stayed in and for such a reasonable price. we loved it and wouldn’t stay anywhere else if we came back to Hanoi

Positive points: The clean spacious rooms with a large bed gave a great nights sleep. The staff and the whole ethos of the hotel was to make our stay as pleasurable as it could be. And it was.
The restaurant served delicious food and breakfast was a highlight of the day.
