Positive points: They had family rooms and the location wasn't too bad. The cleaning personnel were nice and our room was tidy every day (but not clean).

Negative points: TLDR: I would not stay here again.

Upon arrival, before welcoming us and showing us the rooms, the staff required payment for the entire stay up front, while adding a 3 percent charge for paying by card (illegally, as we found out).

The staff is very passive and barely helpful. My husband was in need of a doctor, and all they suggested was to try the hospital (which didn't work out, ultimately). No further assistance, no interest if everything went okay. When booking an airport transfer with them, they had no idea whether or not the pick up was confirmed and only did so on request.

Our room had a gap in the windows, leaving a 3 cm opening, which means that you feel like part of the traffic outside throughout the night. Cockroaches were observed in our bathroom on multiple occasions. The room was generally tidy but not clean (eg floors are not wiped), and the cleanliness of the other facilities is very questionable.

Breakfast was lackluster and not restocked unless you told the staff. We later preferred to eat breakfast at a nearby Cafe although it was included with our booking.

This is not a home stay in some small village, and at that price point I'm expecting more.

Positive points: Excellent Location

Negative points: Breakfast was very poor and the food was cold, we had to go to the reception and ask for food. We were told by the receptionist at the checking that the breakfast is from 6:30 to 10:00 am we arrived at 9:24 and there was no food and whatever was left was cold.

Positive points: Location perfect for Old Quarter attractions. Reasonable price, very helpful Receptionist in sorting problems with wifi, booking airport taxi. Was ok for a weekend/one night stay

Negative points: Hotel is looking really shabby. Leak at base of toilet bowl in bathroom, evidence it has been repaired but leaking again, no key to safe and wifi /TV wasn’t working (was fixed after I complained twice.) Lobby was clean and comfortable but breakfast area really dismal. Glass/mirrors/taps not well cleaned. Have stayed at much better hotels in old quarter at comparable price.

Review: The property's location was convenient, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were helpful, facilities offered were decent, providing what was needed for a comfortable stay.

Negative points: You Could easily hear people in the hallway and the cleaning was loud. Also woke up every night because someone was screaming or yelling. Not soundproof

Review: The location is quite convenient, the room is beautiful and clean, and the staff is attentive. Overall, it is quite comfortable and reasonable for the price I will book again if there is another opportunity.

Review: We booked 3 nights with breakfast but there are many things to try around there so good to go out 😀
Rooms is large and nice and we can go whatever we want ( doors often open if you want to get up early for walking around)

Review: Trải nghiệm của mình ở đây quá tệ.
1. Khách đặt phòng qua Agoda KS sẽ ko hỗ trợ xuất hoá đơn, chỉ khi nào đặt qua KS mới xuất, mọi người nên note lại nhé, mình nói mãi thì KS mới xuất, khá là khó chịu và lằng nhằng.
2. Mình đặt book qua app 3 đêm, đêm cuối mình có việc đi Ninh Bình, nên mình muốn bảo lưu 1 đêm, để qua lần sau quay lại, nhưng KS ko đồng ý, và báo mình lên app xử lý, mình thấy thái độ phục vụ thì khá là khó chịu.
3. KS ko hỗ trợ bảo lưu, mình có báo đi Ninh Bình về trễ, thì bạn lễ tân nói sẽ tính thêm 1 đêm, nếu như ko ok thì sẽ hỗ trợ dọn đồ, vì KS ko chịu bảo lưu nên nên thôi mình nói dọn đồ hộ (lần đầu tiên nghe KS có dv này, thời điểm này cũng khá là tin tưởng KS)
4. Dọn đồ hộ mình về nhà phát hiện không thấy máy tâm nước, mình hỏi KS thì bảo có, mình nhờ chuyển cho mình thì không thấy phản hồi nữa.
5. Khác: Nhà Vệ Sinh dưới sảnh thì quá dơ và hôi.
Kết: Thái độ phục vụ không nhiệt tình nói chung tệ, làm việc thiếu chuyên nghiệp, làm mất đồ của khách, và chắc chắn sẽ không quay lại và giới thiệu cho ai.

Review: Khách sạn cũ. Phải đi bộ từ tầng 1 lên tầng 2 để thang máy. Book phòng 1 người nhưng cho phòng 2 giường. Đến check in vào lúc 10h tối. Ko có ai ở quầy, điện thoại khoá máy. Đợi 1 lúc mới có người xuất hiện.
