Review: Clean, harmonious staff, I booked through the Agoda app, had a mix-up from bay view room to lake view room, was charged twice for the room on my credit card, it took a lot of time working with both Agoda and the hotel because initially, both sides kept saying it was the other's fault. When I entered the room and needed a bathrobe, there was only one available, and it took almost 50 minutes to get another bathrobe to go down to the pool. The rest was okay.

Review: The accommodation is clean, newly furnished, beautiful, and the staff is friendly. I will definitely use it for next time.
Positive points: The hotel is one of those Chinese luxury high rises surrounded by construction sites. It’s clean and certainly cheap. Friendly staff!
Negative points: No atmosphere or personality. Very sterile and cold.
Review: The room is very beautiful, the sea view is wonderful, and the indoor pool on the 30th floor is very nice! Unfortunately, there isn't much outdoor space.

Positive points: The hotel was upscale and luxurious, and the security was great. The breakfast was very varied! The staff at the hotel were excellent.
Negative points: The hotel is not close to the beach, so it does not have a private beach. They would get upset when we asked for more water in the room.
