Review: Jenny & the staff are very accommodating. They went out of their way to help us with all our needs. My friend lost her passport & Jenny helped them w the police report & embassy. We are so appreciative. The breakfast buffet is great!

Positive points: Absolutely everything. Location, staff, rooms, breakfast, everything was 5 star and more. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. They made every effort to make our stay special and so kid friendly too. Special thanks to the reception team and staff including Cara, Charles, Peter, and Leo. We would love to come back.

As arrived about 8 am was given the option to check in early for a small fee with upgraded room - well worth it.
The star of the show was Miss Jenny who directed us in the right direction with everything we needed in Hanoi.

Positive points: Jenny and Louis at reception took care of us and they were excellent in helping and guiding us. They speak great English and are v friendly.

Review: Very warm welcome Hotel staffs and the location is perfect to access places. The room are clean and neat.

Excellent service the staffs had given. Especially Peter, he has think over / give advice to our issue and given us a great helping hands to check out smoothly as well as planning our itinerary in Hanoi, Cloud is also helpful to check with Peter on our itinerary are smoothly arranged.

We have a comfortable stay and highly recommend for this warm hotel.

Positive points: Excellent value for money. Lovely hotel in perfect location. Lovely roof-top bar and swimming pool though it was too cold to enjoy either.

Review: The classic room is small but adequate and stylish. The toilets were excellent, with a spacious shower stall and great water pressure. Bed was comfortable. Good spread at breakfast. Well-located just outside the old quarter. Staff Jenny, Charles, Leo and Louis were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
