Review: It was good enough for the money, although the the room’s cleanliness and soundproof needs to be improved.

Positive points: The hotel is in an excellent location with numerous shops and restaurants nearby. Hotel staff are attentive and friendly. We received excellent service from the restaurant manager, Anna. There were two minor issues we had uring our stay: the Wifi didn't work the first two days and it's very hard to adjust the shower water temperature.

Review: When I enter the lobby there is already a weird scent (smelt like toilet). The room is ok, facilities seem a bit old but ok, but the bathroom could really be cleaner there are mold on the tiles and cleaner left uncleaned towels on the floor

Review: well located in the tourist area, rooms are quiet with good beds and a good big shower. More storage space would be helpful, though 1 shelf and a few hangers is too limited. The breakfast is nothing exceptional despite its claims. The restaurant was closed during our stay.

Positive points: This hotel is an absolute gem nestled in the hustle and bustle of Old Quarter Hanoi. We arrived around 8.30am and naturally our room was not ready. We decided to take a walk around the neighbourhood to get our bearings. Within 5 minutes we were sitting at a coffee shop on train street with the next train due in seconds. It was so convenient to walk everywhere.
We selected the Royal Terrace Suite. The room was beautifully appointed with all the amenities we needed.
We loved the hotel so much we decided to stay an extra night. Unfortunately the terrace suite was not available but we were offered the Royal balcony suite. The room was HUGE. I think we may choose option the next time we stay.
The main stars of this hotel are the staff. Every single staff member has a welcoming smile and all are eager to help. Bora helped organise a day trip to Ha Long Bay for us and had our luggage moved to our new room for our return.
The cost of the day trip was probably a fraction more expensive than if I used a travel agent but if you want convenience and trustworthiness I recommend you definitely book your excursions through the hotel.

Breakfast was excellent too. Buffet and eggs al a carte.

I highly recommend this hotel for its location and efficient staff.

Positive points: Excellent location for sights shopping and all, lovely big room and great choice for breakfast, great massage and reasonably priced, staff very helpful arranging taxi to go to a from airport and good communication, also gave early check in to our friends, I arrived the day before Stayed 3 times in three years
