Positive points: Location was very easy to find and at a prime spot in the city. Bed and facilities were comfortable and we really liked our stay here

Review: The location is really great and it's nice to be off the main road. The only thing was that our room was very cold but it is also winter here. Staff were friendly and responsive.

Positive points: The day I left

Negative points: Dirty flat!!
Hairs in the shower and everywhere in the flat
Crumbs on the sofa...
Lots of little ants in the kitchen and the bedroom, there was a rat inside the flat!!! ( I was on the 6th floor) I asked the reception to help me do something about it but the receptionist kept telling that she will inform the manager about it...and that's it! No one cared, showed up or contacted me.
The shower was leaking, spraying water everywhere and the toilet will be wet as well while washing.

Smell of sweat in the room and sheets.
The cleaner was eating in another room on the same floor and was doing the laundry in mine when I arrived...
The cleaner didn't come in my room during my stay. I had to grab her a couple of days after my arrival so she could at least empty the bins.

Nice balcony but if you don't want rats don't leave the doors open.

Staff useless often sleeping or in front of social media.

Trust me, there are better hotels in Hanoi!

Positive points: Good amenities

Negative points: Incompetent staff. The staff promised to book a tour but there was nothing in the morning . We had only one day in hanoi. So missed our halong bay tour because of that. So dont book tour via hotel. Otherwise the rooms and amenities were good.

Review: The pictures don't match up to reality unless you book the most expensive room. Our room had a bathtub and a comfortable bed. Hot water is a plus. But there were centipedes coming out the drain, so make sure to close it when you aren’t using the tub! The walls are pretty thin, we could hear our neighbor watching tv. Friendly staff & good location though!

Positive points: We stayed 4 nights at Luxe Paradise Suites, the hotel is very well located tucked down a quiet street not far from the station. There's a huge number of great local food spots and cafes on the street to enjoy. The hotel itself is clean and tidy and the rooms comfortable and well equipped. Reception was friendly and efficient so overall a very good experience.
We very much enjoyed our stay despite being very sick from a virus we brought with us from Laos.

Negative points: The only negative was that the sound insulation between the room and the hallway isn't great. We were woken a few times during our stay by other guests coming in and being very noisy in the early hours.

Review: Mình book căn studio có bếp. Phòng rộng, tiện nghi ok, nhân viên nhiệt tình thân thiện.
Tuy vậy có 2 điểm trừ là mình thấy cần cải thiện:
- Đũa ở trong ngăn kéo hơi bẩn, kiểu bị két dầu mỡ lâu ngày khi cầm vào.
- Bàn chải trong nvs ko oke lắm, dùng bị rụng lông bàn chải khá nhiều, làm mình bị mắc trong kẽ răng với cổ họng

Positive points: Large room with plenty of facilities, including a good washing machine and dryer good shower with hot water excellent location on a side street, quiet at night exceptionally friendly and helpful staff at the reception desk.

Negative points: As usual in Vietnam, the bed was a little hard.
