Mercury Central Hanoi Hotel

Review: Big room compared to others in the city. Very nice staff who show us around the city.

Positive points: Hanoi's best friendly hotelier, Chloe, is in this hotel. Hotel location is the best! There are lots of food to eat nearby. The room is clean and soundproof. I used a filter in the shower and it was really clean. If you're going to Hanoi, don't hesitate to choose this hotel. It's cost-effective, friendly and clean. You'll enjoy the convenience.

Review: We had a very good stay at this hotel last February 16-22. The location is perfect - walking distance (around 200 meters) from everything you need as a tourist in Hanoi. But that’s not the best part of the stay—it’s the hospitality of the staff as a group. They are very nice, polite, helpful, thoughtful. There’s just not enough adjectives in my vocabulary to describe how good their services were. Chloe, the Front Desk Manager, has an undying smile on her face, whatever time of day! Always ready to help with our inquiries and needs. Andy, he also works at the desk, he is just the nicest guy we met in Hanoi. Welcomed us when we arrived at midnight and also helped us with our departure late at night. He is a very good listener and very sincere when he speaks. Chi Amy of housekeeping and her other colleague would clean our room everyday enthusiastically. You won’t believe how dedicated they are to giving their best at their job. The other lady at the kitchen, I don’t know if she cooks or just serves but she did make us feel very welcome at the breakfast cafe eventhough we almost always arrived a few minutes just before the breakfast cutoff.

We will definitely be back to this hotel next year.

P.S. loved the mini library in the lobby—there are good titles there that I hope I can get to read next visit

Positive points: We had a wonderful stay at Mercury Hotel! The location is excellent, making it easy to explore Hanoi. Our room was spacious—not the most modern, but very clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed that ensured a great night’s sleep.

The breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day. A special mention goes to the entire team, who were absolutely amazing—always attentive and going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.

A heartfelt thanks to Chloe, whose kindness and genuine care made our stay even more memorable. Her hospitality truly stood out.

The hotel also organized our transfer to our next destination, and everything went perfectly smooth. Thank you for such a fantastic experience! We highly recommend Mercury Hotel for anyone visiting Hanoi.

Review: The room has no windows at all and the air is humid and very stuffy, even moldy. The elevator is only until 6 floors, so if you get the 7th or 8th floor room, you gotta climb some stairs.

Positive points: Exceptional staff, always helpful receptionists, particularly Dinh and Chloe, very nice breakfast and the location close to the lake

Review: Great location with local food and attraction within arms reach. Special call out to customer care specialist Ms Chloe which assist alot in the whereabouts for all point of interest and arrangements for vehicle to airport with a reasonable rate. Will definitely choose the same hotel for my next trip here

Positive points: A cute little hotel. Very centrally located.
The rooms are large and clean, the beds comfortable. At breakfast there is an a la carte menu. Toast and eggs benedict made my European heart happy. Chloe, the front desk officer is wonderful and takes great care of the guests' concerns. She organized a super early check in and airport transportation for me for a fair price.

Review: Andy and Chloe are very accommodating, introduced some places for me and my friend to go. Very friendly and made our trip a smooth one.

Review: The hotel is situated in a perfection location. Near a lot of spots you want to visit. And very near a lot of the Must go Michelin bib gourmand restaurants. It has an old charm, though a bit dated. Special mention to Ms Chloe of customer care for her excellent service, She was very helpful from giving tips to where to buy stuff to making sure we arrived well after a long ride from Sapa updating us time to time via Wats app. It was a comfortable homey stay.

Positive points: Great location for exploring Old Quarter and the Hoan Kien Lake area on foot, comfortable bed, good breakfast and friendly, helpful staff, especially Chloe.

Review: This hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk from numerous restaurants and tourist attractions. The family room was spacious and comfortable for a family of four. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Hanoi.
