Positive points: The owner was very nice and helpful (she wasn’t there due to the holiday) she responded quickly and was answered all of my questions and even booked me a taxi to my next destination. The location is really good. Little street right in the middle of everything but still very quiet.

Negative points: The owner wasn’t there and I guess there was someone else taking care of everything there but I never saw them. They didn’t change the bed sheets or the pillow cover or anything in my room, I told the owner and ask for someone to leave new ones for me in the front desk. I got only one bed sheet (nothing for my pillow or blanket) and it had stains on it. I ended up using my own sheets. The bathroom smelled really bad and if I didn’t close the door my entire room smelled like sewerage.
This place has a lot of good reviews so I guess maybe I had a bad experience just because the owner wasn’t there.

Positive points: Very friendly owner who made our stay special.
She gave us good tips for the city and helped us to book great tours as well. We were able to leave our luggage with her on a multi-day tour to Lan Ha Bay.
Laundry service and currency exchange are also available here at great rates. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We booked for 2 nights and stayed a total of two more.
I can highly recommend it to anyone!

Positive points: I slept very well: the bed was big and very comfortable. I had a small room at the end of the building (very quiet! I love that).
The location was perfect, close to the old town.
The manager was so kind and helpful, she made my stay very pleasant. I really recommend to stay there!
