Our bed had a big dip in the middle but that can't be helped.
Breakfast buffet had a great variety of tasty food and the staff there was so hard-working and efficient.

Positive points: The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. We were pleasantly surprised and had a little fun when we returned to find that the cleaner had thoughtfully placed our baby doll in the bed after cleaning.

Review: This place was amazing! From the start, the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Very professional and accommodating. There's a roof bar on the top where I'd go most of the nights because the staff were so friendly and hospitable. Such a great deal! Thank you to all the staff for a very pleasant stay in Hanoi. I would definitely book again if staying in Hanoi.

Positive points: Great location, comfy beds, hot shower, good AC, the restaurant is excellent, the breakfast was delicious and the couples massage was relaxing. All the staff greeted us warmly!

Our flight came in at 130am and after customs, luggage and getting to the hotel it was already 3am. The staff happily greeted us and checked us in. Thank you for staying up late for us!

The location is great. So many things to see, eat and shop. Less than 5 min walk to the lake. 20 min walk to train street.

They arranged a car pickup to and from the airport.

We had a two night cruise in Ha Long Bay and we were able to leave some of our luggage at the hotel since we were coming back.
