Review: If you decide to stay here, I would highly caution. The hotel is more like a hostel. The room still uses the old fashioned keys, there is only 1 elevator and there was a total blackout one night and the power didnt return until the next days. Many guests left at midnight and we had to search another hotel on our own instead kf the hotel helping us. Worst experience we ever had.

Review: Despite coming into Hanoi at 5:30am which we scheduled via bus from Sapa, the allowed us to checkin early by 1pm which we really appreciate a lot and the view of the lake is really great!

Review: I wish I could have stayed there, but I made the mistake of trying to fly Vietjet from Saigon to Hanoi. Never again. Delayed days before departure, delayed further on the day. In total it was due to leave 4.5 hours after schedule which meant we would miss a wedding and so we just walked out of the airport and left. No refunds. Disgraceful excuse of an airline. NEVER fly Vietjet domestic if arrival time is important to you.
