Hanoi Calista Hotel

Review: Very comfortable beds, quite to sleep, clean rooms, good buffet breakfast, most of all hotel has wonderful people at the reception, they will make you feel at home. Good location, walking distamce to all activities.

Positive points: Staff and central location. The hotel is only 10 mins away from the Hoàn Kiem Lake, and less than 5 mins away from the train street.

I stayed there during Tet hence the city was not crowded. This impacted positively our stay as the room was very quiet.

Review: I have stayed 7 times in Hanoi and I think this is one of the best hotels in town. Comfortable beds, very clean rooms, good breakfast and most welcoming, nicest people at the reception. They answer all your questions with smile. Location is also very good every place in a walking distance. I highly reccommend.

Review: We would like to thank Tracy the nicest and accomodating receptionist in Hotel Calista. She is very polite and assisst us in our need when we arrived early in the hotel. The location is near the Train Street, St Joseph Cathedral and Lake Hanoi. Hotel is also clean and breakfast is good! We sure to go back to the hotel when we visit Hanoi again.

Review: We need to get the train to Sapa at 10 pm so the hotel staff allowed us to keep our luggage here and even offered us shower room before our train, even when we already checked out.

Positive points: We spent the night at the hotel on the way to Halong. A wonderful cozy hotel in the old quarter. The hotel is small but very clean and comfortable, the rooms are well thought out and have everything for your comfort. The breakfast is delicious and varied. The staff is excellent and friendly, we were very quickly checked in, and also quickly checked out upon departure. If we come to Hanoi again, we will definitely choose this hotel for accommodation. I definitely recommend it.

Positive points: The staff were amazing!! They were always friendly and tried their best to meet our needs. Most of the staff spoke English fluently, they helped us book for tours and also made reservations at restaurants. They always greeted us with smiles and were always willing to help us.

Positive points: The hotel is cosy, clean and located in the old center, but rather quiet. The restaurant on the opposite side is very good and has traditional dishes. The staff is great and helpful. Amanda made the last part of our holiday to be excellent. She took care of booking every trip to Ninh Binh, Halong and Sapa. We didn't have any concern, just enjoyed our holiday. I highly recommend it. I was feeling like home.

Positive points: A small and cozy hotel nestled in an alley along the busy road, shielding it from the noise of the hustle and bustle of the old quarters. Stratrgically located few minutes away from hanoi train street. The room is clean and the staff is super friendly too.
