Positive points: The Hanoi transfer was very well organised with very good communication.
We enjoyed 2 nights, 3 days on the M'Gloria Cruise and it far exceeded our expectations - we had a fantastic time. The staff were all very welcoming and accommodating. Nam, the English tour guide was very knowledgeable and easy to understand. Vy, the Maître d really looked after us and kept us up to date so we always knew what was happening. The activities were optional - we did almost all of them and they were all excellent.
The food was exceptional - the best food we had while in Vietnam.

Review: Nice and clean cruise with spacious rooms. Good vegan food menu with variety of options. Lots of interesting activities - kayaking, cooking class and bamboo boat ride.
The standout was the crew’s hospitality, especially Ms Kim and her team were very warm.
Definitely recommend the experience :D

The service was equally impressive, with the crew being friendly and attentive throughout the journey. The whole experience made for a relaxing and enjoyable time on the water. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great food and top-notch service on the boat!

Positive points: Beautiful luxury cruise ship and outstanding staff. I stayed in the Executive Ocean View VIP suite, and was a very nice and spacious cabin. Food was amazing, everything from the first lunch to the last brunch. Highly recommend this over night cruise experience.

Review: My 3 friends and I booked the tour for 1 night. The stay and food was good. Starting with the activities, they had - kayaking, swimming, squid fishing, karaoke, oyster farming, cooking, indoor games.
Had a good time with them, the staff was nice too, faced issue with the English your guide as when we explained to him that it’s our first time doing Kayakaing, he never explained us how to do it and just left us from behind.

Positive points: Overall we had a good experience, the boat was nice and our room (the executive suite) was very nice. On the second day we really enjoyed the cycling and kayaking. Most of the staff were nice especially Julie.

Review: We did a 2 night cruise and it exceeded our expectations. Everything was perfect. The food, the staff, the activities. All fantastic.

Positive points: The entire experience was fantastic! The boat was great, the food was delicious, and the rooms were beautiful and comfortable. We also really enjoyed the activities that were part of the cruise, especially the day tour.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and always willing to help. I highly recommend this boat, and I suggest booking a two-night stay. It seems like a missed opportunity to not enjoy more time there.

Review: The boat would have looked incredible, 10 years ago. The food was great tho. But the boat it self was okay.

Positive points: The boat is a mid-size cruise with just 22 rooms. This allows the staff to provide attentive service. The food was top notch, our lunch upon arrival was easily the best meal I’ve had in a very long time

Review: Cruise was good and we got the biggest room in the cruise. The pic shown is very much different than actual cruise property. I think the pic is for a high end cruise but the M'gloria is an average cruise. Can go.

Review: The well organised and caring staff made this trip for us. Mr Nam and Vy made everything go smoothly. The restaurant and bar staff worked hard to provide great food and drinks. The trips were optional and I recommend a two night stay to take in the Vet Hai tour.

Positive points: Fairly new vessel. Staff was amazing, friendly and accommodating. Senior suit was spacious.

The barbecue dinner served on board was absolutely delicious, and the activities, particularly kayaking, were well organized and enjoyable. Our rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Drinks are a tad expensive though. Overall, we had a truly enjoyable and comfortable experience aboard the ship.

Positive points: The boat was nice, the rooms were large enough, the food was better than one could expect from such touristic activities, the views were great.
