Review: Our experience with Ambassador Cruise Halong Bay was nothing short of extraordinary! We were celebrating our first wedding anniversary and my wife’s birthday the next day, and the team went above and beyond to make it truly special.

To our surprise and delight, they upgraded us to their only Presidential Suite, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the stunning Halong Bay. The suite was luxurious, spacious, and beautifully designed, making our stay incredibly comfortable and memorable.

From the moment we stepped on board, the hospitality was impeccable. The staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring we had the best experience. The cruise itself was well-organized, with a perfect balance of relaxation and exciting activities, including a visit to the mesmerizing caves and the kayaking experience.

The dining experience was also top-notch, with a fantastic selection of gourmet dishes. They even surprised us with a beautifully arranged celebration for our anniversary, making the occasion even more special.

We cannot thank the Ambassador Cruise team enough for their generosity and incredible service. This was undoubtedly one of the best travel experiences we’ve ever had, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable Halong Bay cruise!

Review: Excellent hospitality. They served us Indian Vegetarian meals as per our request and it was extremely helpful to enjoy the cruise well.
The rooms were nice and spacious - clean as well, though a little wornout as it's a slightly older boat.
Activities are too crowded - can easily Avoid and instead enjoy the views from the cruise

Positive points: Excellent one night cruise in Ha Long bay. Seamless transition from ship to shore and return. Our point of contact became Camille who was invaluable and entertaining. She was a hi-light of our stay.

Review: Off boat activities were rushed, kayak equipment broke. All on boat activities were amazing and massage was superb. Food and beverage were good. To put it simply, on boat experience was very good. Staff was amazing,room was fantastic. Off boat activities were shitty at best.

Positive points: the details in the rooms like the cups and the robes. Every detail in the room was thought out!
