Review: The hospitality is the worse I have ever seen. No support at all since there is no real staff for the hotel. They will tell you they merely cafe staff and you have to contact someone through WeChat . Beside helping you, the WeChat person would only give you rule and guidance to follow. Keep annoying you, in my case I have to change my room at the morning since there is construction, announced at mid night! Rude and inexperienced customer service.
The room smell and there are ants on my bed. Wish you luck if you book this one.

Review: The service and hospitality of the staff made our retreat most enjoyable. We were very impressed by the responsiveness of the team from the planing stage till the end of our retreat. What is most commendable is that numerous request were all but acceded! Would recommend!

Review: I booked a room at the last minute and it was quite late, but the host still supported us very enthusiastically and thoughtfully. The apartment is located in the center of the city and is surrounded by many tourist attractions, so I highly recommend this place. Cleanliness and decor are also a big plus. In short, it's very good!!!

Review: Room is spacious for our family of four. The coffee downstair it is really good. Staff is great and willing to help. Had to do some laundry and it was returned the same day. Everything is walkable and convenient to all main attractions. Lots of great eats around the hotel. Highly recommend.
