Positive points: Clean, friendly staff, delicious food and loved the Activities they had.. like happy hour. Cooking, thai chi and kayaking

Review: I was quite disappointed with the staffs at Oriental Sails Lounge. We did not feel welcome there as we were not provided with welcome drinks or greetings. The receptionist did not give us any info on tagging our suitcases n how our bags shd be handle. We were hungry n left our suitcases there unattended We were hungry so went looking for food but there was nothing to eat ard there. When we came back we had to pull our own bags towards the jetty only I realised that all the other passengers suitcases were taken care by the porter. So I asked him why my husband n I hv to pull our own bags but they just ignored me n to my embarrassment all the other passengers were staring at me ! I was like a fool n as it was my fault ! I am not please about this arrangement!

Review: The staff were beyond exceptional. The exceeded every expectation.

The food was good, the drinks were better and the views were unbeatable!
Private Jacuzzi with a view was also pretty awesome.

Review: Cruise staff left us in hotel without any info to pickup and embark the ship. We had to hire a cab at last minute to drive us 3 hours to the ship. When we arrived they charged us extra due to unclear Agoda booking s.

Don't bother with Agoda booking and their vendors. They will screw up your vacation.

Review: Overall is good but the onboard activities are very limited and have many spare time on board. It doesnt really follow what is listed on the website. For those who are going to have a relax n relax cruise, it has a lot of time for you to enjoy the view of halong bay.

Positive points: Nice room, nice scenery and friendly staff

Positive points: Side trip was short changed by the the 3rd parties operator. The cruise is very new, less than 1 year old, good small tourist size, friendly staff

Review: We booked a 50sqm suite for family of 3. Was told by Oriental to pay additional USD130 directly to hotel for my son staying in same room without any extra bed. It was really costly but we hv little choice as we prepaid Agoda.
We hv a big balcony with a spa bed and jaccuzi in the bathroom which are not practical since most time we were out.
The program is tight we were only given 45 min to do kayaking etc.
The meals menu were good thanks to the chef but we need to pay for our drinks. Only empty glasses were provided for guests to buy drinks from the drink menu. Not even drinking water was provided during meal time. This makes it necessary for guests to buy their own drinks.
The crew & tour gude Long were friendly and helpful.
Overall, it was expensive cruise, not worth the money spent.

Review: Our stay in Starlight Cruise was comfortable and activities were well organised. The set back was drinks were not provided for both lunch and dinner. I don't feel the VIP treatment as a guest staying in the supreme room. The to and fro journey from Hanoi to Harlong bay was not a pleasant one due to over crowding.

Positive points: Nice and cofortable room with great bathroom attached.
