Review: Mình đã có trải nghiệm tốt khi ở tại ks. Các bạn nhân viên lễ tân siêu thân thiện: chị Ny, Hà, Chi, Giang, Nga đã hỗ trợ và giới thiệu những nơi nên ăn và mua đồ rất cụ thể. Điểm trừ là toà nhà bên cạnh đang sửa nên khoan đục cả ngày khá ồn.

Overall the hotel is excellent.

Positive points: It’s a very good location, very close to Hoan Kiem lake. It’s central but yet not that central, it’s a bit out of the traffic of Hanoi. As a person who stayed in other hotels in Hanoi, that were budget, this one turned out better than the others.
Staff is very friendly and helpful.

They are all so lovely and helpful, making sure you have everything you need and making everything easy. The hotel made me feel like I was experiencing five-star service. Every request I had was handled by the staff with great care and effort. Serene Central Hotel is truly a choice worth considering for anyone visiting Hanoi. 🙏

Review: The staff is enthusiastic and friendly. The hotel is conveniently located right in the center of the old town, which makes it easy to get around. I will visit again when I have the chance to go to Hanoi next time.

Review: The hotel is not a 4 star boutique hotel. There is nothing neither bar nor pool. The breakfast is so modest, almost nothing to eat. The meals are finished quickly, and it takes time to fullfill. The breaks is like at a 2 star hotel.

Positive points: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and in a great location. I stayed in 4 different hotels in Hanoi and the Serene Central was by far the best. I highly recommend.

Review: Mọi điều về khách sạn này, từ vị trí lý tưởng và phòng ốc thoải mái đến sự hiếu khách xuất sắc của nhân viên, đã vượt qua mong đợi của chúng tôi. Một đề cập đặc biệt dành cho Rusi, người đã mang lại sự ấm áp và chú ý khiến kỳ nghỉ của chúng tôi trở nên đáng nhớ.

Ban đầu, chúng tôi dự định ở lại hai ngày và sau đó sẽ đến Ninh Bình. Sau đó, chúng tôi đã cân nhắc tiếp tục đến Sapa, nhưng thời tiết không thuận lợi đã khiến chúng tôi phải suy nghĩ lại kế hoạch. Trong khi chúng tôi có lựa chọn đi thẳng từ Ninh Bình đến Đà Nẵng, vợ chồng tôi lại thường nhớ đến sự hiếu khách vô song tại Khách sạn Serene Central. Nhớ Rusi và cả đội ngũ, chúng tôi quyết định trở lại Hà Nội, kéo dài thời gian lưu trú tại khách sạn thêm một ngày, gặp lại nhân viên và khám phá thành phố thêm nữa.

Khi làm thủ tục trả phòng, Rusi và đội ngũ của cô ấy đã bất ngờ tặng chúng tôi một món quà ý nghĩa, khiến cuộc chia tay của chúng tôi thật tuyệt vời mà cũng đầy nuối tiếc. Chúng tôi thực sự cảm thấy buồn khi rời đi, đặc biệt là khi họ tiễn chúng tôi ra xe với sự chân thành và tận tình. Chúng tôi gửi lời tri ân sâu sắc và những lời chúc tốt đẹp nhất đến Rusi và toàn bộ đội ngũ tại Khách sạn Serene Central vì đã tạo ra một trải nghiệm tuyệt vời và không thể quên.

Chúng tôi cảm thấy thực sự như ở nhà trong suốt thời gian lưu trú, được chào đón với sự ấm áp và chăm sóc đã khiến Khách sạn Serene Central trở thành ngôi nhà thứ hai của chúng tôi. Sự hiếu khách chân thành và những cử chỉ chu đáo từ nhân viên, đặc biệt là Rusi, đã để lại dấu ấn không thể phai mờ trong lòng chúng tôi.

Khách sạn này và dịch vụ xuất sắc của đội ngũ đã gắn bó trái tim chúng tôi với Hà Nội mãi mãi. Đây không chỉ là một nơi để lưu trú—đó là một trải nghiệm đã khiến chúng tôi yêu thành phố này hơn. Khách sạn Serene Central sẽ luôn giữ một vị trí đặc biệt trong trái tim chúng tôi.

Positive points: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Its central location made it easy to explore both Hanoi’s Old Quarter and French Quarter on foot. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the exceptional service. I fell ill during my stay, and the staff was very caring and helped me to get medicine from a nearby pharmacy. Additionally, they kindly stored my luggage free of charge for two nights while I took a short trip. Their hospitality and attentiveness made my experience truly memorable. Highly recommend!
