Phong Lan Unique Hotel

Review: Pretty and cute hotel, with enough amenities, reasonable price and helpful staff. Definitely recommend this place!

Review: I haven't seen a hotel as terrible as this one :)) I also work in a hotel but I never thought that a 3-star standard could function with such basic issues:
- On the very first day of check-in, the room was not cleaned properly :) the bathroom had old guests' hair in the drain, the drain smelled bad, and the glass in the bathroom was dirty
- The room lacked personal items and equipment (shower gel, shampoo were empty in the bottle upon arrival), and the hair dryer was broken
- The room had a foul smell and the bathroom reeked of sewage (the hotel representative even admitted to me that the drainage system had problems and had to change my room)
- The cleaning staff arbitrarily opened the door to the guest's room while the guest was staying (even for long stays)
- I called for room service but things weren't refilled :)) the hair I brushed in the morning was still there when I returned, the bedding was just spread out again instead of being replaced (after coming back from the beach, we needed to change the sheets due to sand)
- A guest finished packing at 12 pm to check out but due to personal issues couldn't check out on time, yet they were charged 30% (I agree that late check-out incurs a fee, but the hotel has no responsibility to check with the guest if it's past check-out time and if they want to extend their stay or check out on time)

IN GENERAL, TERRIBLE.
