Positive points: Room is very big and clean. Washer and dryer are a plus to us after a long trip to other places. Staff is amazing and very responsive!

Positive points: We had an incredible time at this apartment. An is an excellent host and always responds whenever she can. She accommodated our request to checkin early at a minimal fee. Location was superb, you can walk around the area and would have a lot of options to grab food and coffee. Bed is really comfy, we had a great sleep. Will definitely book this unit again if we ever go back to Hanoi.
