Review: My family had a wonderful experience in Ha Long. The hotel staff enthusiastically thanked the receptionist for introducing the hotel's internal and external services and local specialties. The luggage staff were very enthusiastic in supporting us during our stay and my family will come back to you soon.

Review: New hotel, clean rooms, new and beautiful furniture, nice view, beautiful outdoor infinity pool but a bit far, the hotel has a four-season pool, friendly staff, a bit far from the public beach, can relax here in winter as well.

Review: The room is very spacious and clean. Beautiful view of the mountains. Suitable for families with small children. The area around the hotel is large. The indoor pool is also very spacious. The food is quite good.

Review: I had to wait till more than 3pm and after a couple complains, i then recieved the room. On the check-out date, the hotel staff insisted that I ate a snack and requested to pay while on the check-iin date, the housekeeping staff didn't put the snack in the room.

Review: My family had a wonderful vacation at the hotel. The location is a bit far from the beach but the area is beautiful, clean, has both indoor and outdoor pools, and a kids' area for children.

Review: This hotel cannot be rated 5 stars.
1. Location: The hotel is relatively far from the center, it takes about 15 minutes by car to get to the beach. It is located in the Dlioro area, which is quite quiet.
2. Services: Check-out time is 11 AM - check-in is at 3 PM. I saw in the hotel's note that it states this, but it can be adjusted a little according to guests' requests. The check-in and check-out service is unprofessional and slow the reception staff seem confused even though the weekend crowd is not as large as in other 5-star hotels, not meeting the standards of a 5-star hotel. Breakfast quality is decent but has few options.
3. Facilities: The sanitary equipment is of good quality, the furnishings are average, and the main door needs to be slammed to lock. The pillows are not comfortable, and the slippers are like those in 2-star hotels, thin and slippery. The hotel only has an indoor pool to access the infinity pool, you must get tickets from the reception and then wait for a shuttle that goes 200 meters away. The stairs leading to the pool are very slippery stainless steel and feel dangerous to walk down. The pool is small and not as beautiful as in the pictures. The sound insulation is poor I stayed on the 16th floor and could still hear karaoke singing from the villa area.

This hotel deserves only 3 stars.

Review: The new hotel is clean, and the room layout is very suitable for families with small children, with a division between the main bedroom, the TV room, and the restroom area, making it feel like a small apartment. The TV area has a sofa that can be pulled out into a bed, so children can play there instead of climbing onto the bed. There’s an additional large sink outside the restroom for washing swimwear or rinsing cups without having to go into the restroom. Our room had a beautiful view of the bay and Cai Lan port. Although we booked as individual guests through Agoda, we were assigned two rooms close to each other, which was very nice and convenient.

Breakfast had fewer options compared to other hotels of the same star rating, but the dining area had a lovely view.

The infinity pool and indoor pool were quite clean and beautiful.

Next door, there is a German restaurant that specializes in organizing parties, but when I ordered individual meals there, I found it delicious, reasonably priced, clean, beautifully presented, and the service was enthusiastic. I really felt it was a wise choice to eat here because I was there on a holiday, so well-known restaurants were too crowded while budget-friendly places were not cheaper but rather expensive and not good.

Overall, it was a pretty good experience at the hotel during the April 30th to May 1st holiday.

The TV area has a sofa that can be converted into a bed, so children can play there instead of climbing onto the bed.
