Positive points: What’s worth knowing is that this isn’t a cruise in the conventional sense, it’s more like living in a hotel with a simply stunning 360deg vista, the boat does move about a bit and the view changes.
Each family group is assigned an assistant to look after you while you are onboard, this is a nice personal touch and our attendant ‘Van’ was very professional, helpful and friendly.
For the trips you go on a smaller tender or a larger day boat, you get fed lunch on the day boat and the food was plentiful and delicious and I’m a very fussy eater.
The day boat has snacks and drinks you can buy and they take US dollars and local cash.
The trips were good, our kids really enjoyed them.
The food on the big boat was okay but the breakfast choices were limited and the quality was poor.
If you just want to see the beautiful Ha Long Bay I would recommend the 2 day 1 night option.
If you want to do trips and see a bit more, take the 3 day 2 night option we did this.

Review: We loved our trip. First day was foggy, still amazing to see. Staff is super friendly, we had an amazing butler, special thanks to Tony. The food was really good and plenty. The cabin is very spacious, loved the huge windows and the terrace. Both the cave and the island programs were definitely worth the visit. We had very attentive tour guides, thank you Ma Tieu. The ship manager arranged us transfer very last minute also very grateful for that.

Positive points: This cruise is just advertise. The stuff are really helpful unfriendly and they have a lot of activities for you to partake while staying there. I will suggest to do three days and two nights so you can really experience Halong Bay.

Review: The 2 night cruise was just right to enjoy the big room, private balcony, bathtub, good food. I particularly chose this for the itinerary - Day 1 Sung Sot Cave and Ti top Island, Day 2 Pearl Farm, Viet Hai Village, Kayaking, Ba Trai Dao beaches. The outdoor hot big pool with jacuzzi was wonderful on a cold day. Skipped the last day tour to just enjoy the cruise. Thank you too for the unique birthday greeting “ritual”. Also good for people celebrating their anniversary!

Positive points: Cruise ship stands out immediately as one of the more modern boats on the bay. Bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve had all trip and the room itself is pretty amazing and luxurious. We did the 2 night, 3 day cruise and surprisingly the best part was the full day excursion we did that wasn’t on the boat. Had tons of fun biking and kayaking around the bay.

Positive points: Absolutely amazing cruise!!! Our butler Marcus was amazing and the whole staff took care of us from beginning to end with smiles on their faces. One of the new cruise employees who had just arrived in the last two weeks took us on the excursions even spoke French to me and she was absolutely delightful! The boat is beyond beautiful, the itinerary was so smooth and we enjoyed every minute of it. And the food was beyond amazing with course after course after course. I can't recommend this cruise enough! Perfect 10!
