Capella Hanoi

Review: My experience at Capella Hanoi was truly wonderful. The architecture blends traditional and modern styles, creating a peaceful atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night. Breakfast was delicious, especially the bún thang, which was rich in flavor and perfectly balanced. In the afternoon, the soothing fragrance in the air, along with the gentle music and a relaxing cup of tea, made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

Positive points: Stunning hotel with beautifully designed interiors and extremely kind and welcoming staff. They truly went above and beyond for us. They way they finessed every little detail is what sets them apart from all other 5 star properties.

Review: Beautiful hotel. Heavily theme. A must stay to experience the hotel once. Not sure if we would return because after a few nights, we got enough of this very dramatic, prop oriented, theatrical theme hotel.

Review: A highly evolved hotel with amazing rooms and facilities and a service to match ! I would highly recommend it for families as well as couples and singles who want to have a stress free stay while in Hanoi. While it is not cheap I think the service provided is so good that it justifies the pricing entirely !

Positive points: The hotel is a work of art, beautiful. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The room was clean and beautiful and the bath tube was my favorite part. It was our honeymoon and anniversary and the hotel had small presents for us, like fruits, a letter, etc which we really appreciated. It made it more special. Please try the spa, we had 2 massages and they were also a work of art. The pool is beautiful and the water is perfect. I personally love the decorations and the smell of the hotel, gorgeous, divine. I definitely want to go back ❤️
