Positive points: Amazing stay at Centre Point Hanoi Hotel!!! The location is unbeatable, the staff was amazing (so nice and helpful) and the 2 rooms we stayed in were very nice.
We had a last-minute flight cancellation and lost our booking for a one-night cruise in Halong Bay. The staff of Centre Point booked a day tour for us so we wouldn’t miss the experience of knowing Halong Bay and then booked us an extra stay in their hotel.
We arrived just in time for the Chinese New Year and the staff gave us all kind of recommendations for that night.
If we ever go back to Hanoi we will com back here!! Loved it.
Lastly, the breakfast was amazing and the terrace has an incredible view of the lake.
100% recommend this place.

Review: The best part about this place is the affordability for its great location. Walking distance to many place and a couple of massage place downstairs. The hotel arranged transport for us to go to the hotel. Not sure if it was the hotel arrangement or the driver's issue but we waited quite long for the driver. Waited again in the car before the staff came over to bring us to the hotel. Due to the busy street, the car was not able to drop us by the door step. The staff were overall friendly and willing to help if needed. The room was small, good enough to just go back and rest. The breakfast at the roof was great. Good view. Simple food but very sastified.

Positive points: Great hotel near the old quarter. Nice, clean room, great view from rooftop restaurant in which they serve breakfast. Staff is very nice and helpul and Lily is amazing. She organized trips for us to Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh and even changed the date of the trip to Ninh Binh the day before. Thanks again Lily!

Positive points: Hotel staff from Lily the manager to every other member of the team were excellent and very helpful. Room was beautiful and clean and nicely decorated.Huge bed and amazing bathroom Location was perfect for the lake and exploring the old town.

Review: This is an ok hotel for the price. Staff is great, always willing to help, but some accessories in the rooms are old. Breakfast is in the 9th floor, however, elevator gets to 8th floor only. The elevator stopped working for half a day, but the staff gave us a room on the first floor.

Positive points: Good location. A nice street turning left of the property it was a quiet road with little bar and restaurant. Next to the lake. Walking distance of everything. Decent breakfast. Staff very helpful and friendly. Also I definitely recommend visiting the prison and the restaurant with the fairy lights near to the prison (ask the manager)
