Ambassador Signature Cruise - Lan Ha Bay

Review: Cruise exceeded our expectation! The interior of the ship was clean and nice, staff were friendly, activities were pretty standard for cruises in the area but fun, and food was excellent. The only downside was that there were tour groups that joined the cruise. They were unorganized, very noisy and were often shouting over each other. The tour guides would also often speak over the staff. Overall that really detracted from the experience. Otherwise we enjoyed Ambassador Signature Cruise to Lan Ha Bay, but would only recommend this if you are okay with the tour groups.

Review: We joined the 3 days 2 nights programme during CNY. Everything was perfect! Love the 4 course dinner in particular. Most romantic atmosphere with “dinner under the moon” and music.

Review: Room are clean, and it is a splendid stay. It is just quite expensive for 1 night stay, perhaps it is during peak season.

Positive points: Staff very kind, like all Vietnamese people in general. Massage at Spa was excellent.

Review: We really enjoyed our time on the Ambassador Signature cruise, the staff were fantastic, particularly when one of us didn’t feel well. They were very accommodating to our food needs. The trips were great as they were short so not too much time out. I would definitely recommend this cruise for a those looking to have a couple of ‘down’ days during a hectic schedule around Vietnam!
