Positive points: Extended our stay and the hosts were very accommodating. The room was big and bright. Good value for money and good location.

Review: This has easily been our best experience in terms of customer service. Whilst the front desk has limited staff Tom is available and ready to meet at any point in time. He came and discussed our plans for a Halong bay cruises, offered his opinions and even suggested ours instead of his own preferred tour guides. He’s an honest guy and loves to make his guest feel welcomed and at home. The room we got was clean and had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable too which is a surprise at the rates he’s charging. Honestly such a good find and would book again in a heartbeat. Customer services is what keep your customers and he’s a master at his craft.

Positive points: Close to town and nice staff. We also had a room with a large window and it was very spacious which was great.

We are group of 5 men, the manager arranged us transportation from and to Noi Bai IA with better price than the Airport service. We even got an upgrade to Ford Transit (11 seaters) on the way back. He helped us find everything we need plus best liquor store selling ridiculously cheap imports! Highly highly highly recommended <3<3<3

Review: We are a group of 5 men from Thailand visiting Halong city for short (one day each) motorcycle trips. Staying at Tom's gave us everything we want. We woke up rather early, had their standard breakfast and left for our ride, returned in the evening to freshen up and out again to enjoy street food in front of the hotel. Our rooms were perfect for the price, location is great. A little walk to bustling morning market is a must if you are early birds. Cleanliness is ten times better than our hotels in Hanoi which we paid double for. Extremely highly recommended!

Review: Defenitely worth the money, nice room and good helping staff!

Review: We stayed here for a few nights to escape Hanoi and find some fresh air. Cong Nga is located off the main road , 10 minute walk from sunworld complex. We bought our Halong bay cruise trip here which was well worth it, good price, bus comes to the hotel. They have quite a few tour options here for Halong Bay and catba island, and are very organised. The staff are great, very helpful, looked after our 9 month old baby when we ate breakfast each day,and arranged a large order of seafood for us to take home to Hanoi. The beds here are comfortable, shower has great pressure& hot, clean room, and we can recommend staying here
