Halong Park Hotel

Review: We have one night here. Fantastic hotel suitable to business trip.

Positive points: Area was great,near the water,parks,malls and transportation, lots of eateries etc. quiet at night and walkable to lots .

Review: The hotel room is spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The only issue is that the door to my room cannot be opened with a card it has to be opened with a key, and the lock is quite difficult to open, requiring assistance from staff 2 or 3 times to get the door open (-1 point 🤣). However, the hotel is near a park, right next to Ms. Phuong’s yogurt shop, which is very delicious. It's fairly close to the market and the Quang Ninh Museum. The staff is also very supportive and helpful. If I have the opportunity to visit Ha Long again, I will definitely come back to stay here.

Positive points: Great location, as we came for the Halong Bay marathon. Close to start and finish. Near enough to pier, mall, market and lots of food too.

Review: We enjoyed staying in Ha Long Park Hotel. There’s a big public park next to the hotel. Our children were happily playing the facilities in such a nice weather. Many cafes are available along the front beach for simple meal.

Positive points: The personnel is extremely nice to the point that I forgot an item and they sent a courier all the way to Hanoi for me to pick it up and took care of everything! Thank you sooo much for everything!

Review: Having more dust on bed, in room and bad bad smell. Ceiling has mold.

Review: We liked the hotel but had to move to another one for the rest of our trip after 5 nights because a new house was being built right next to it. It was super noisy ALL day long, sometime until 8 p.m. The noise literally drove us crazy. Also, the air conditioner in our room didn’t work so it was pretty cold.

Review: Big clean rooms, powerful shower, nice breakfast, good helpful staff. Hotel is situated in the town of halong which is up and coming. In a few years there will be more to do there, but apart from the mall about 10 mins walk away there isn't a lot to do. However, they must be expecting things to pick up as the hotel is having an extension at the moment, and it seems they are pretty much doubling in size! Would love to come back in a few years and see the difference.
