Elegant Boutique Hotel Ha Long

Review: Friendly staff, clean & spacious rooms. Excellent location !!! Worth the value in the price . Nice breakfast in the hotel , no need to walk to the stripe to get good. Worth paying an extra few dollars for breakfast.

Review: Spacious, clean and nice family room.

Positive points: For the price was a good place to stay. The bed was very comfortable with 4 pillows. Too few people for a buffet breakfast however, eggs cooked to order, noodle soup, salad, bread, and a nice fresh fruit plate were more than enough! Short walk to the beach! Far enough away from the beach concerts so as not to interrupt sleep.

Positive points: The beds were so comfortable! The rooms were beautiful and I liked the decor. The staff was so helpful, I got a cold while in Vietnam and the staff here brought me fresh ginger, salt, and honey. They were very attentive.

Review: We booked months in advance and had confirmation emails and even a confirmation message asking our arrival time just hours before we drove from Hanoi. We arrived at night time very tired and ready for bed only 8pm ( our confirmed arrival time) but flight delays and traffic so hectic day.
Upon arrival the hotel looked great, from the lobby... Then as we walked in we were told at reception that our room was given to someone else and they had no more family rooms available for us so told us to stay at hotel next door instead!

Positive points: Very quiet place, not so much people around.

Review: The room was cozy, tidy, and clean, the room rate was cheap but there were few people having breakfast, the containers for shower gel and shampoo were broken. After coming back from the beach, there was a place to wash our feet before entering the hotel. There was no trash can because they use it to feed the fish =)). Thank you to the hotel for providing my family with the most complete vacation experience!

Review: Khách sạn mới, sạch sẽ. Giường và gối rất thoải mái và dễ chịu. Có điều nước ở phòng tắm thoát hơi kém, bị đọng trên sàn gây ướt, hơi bất tiện. Ks nằm trong khu nhà cao cấp ở Hạ Long gần biển nên rất sạch và yên tĩnh.

Review: Really helpful staff, very good new hotel.
We were allowed really early check-in with no charge.

Positive points: Tuan was a gracious host who went out of his way to make us feel at home. From the moment we arrived for an early check-in, which he supported and made sure we were always comfortable. He allowed us to cook in his kitchen and personally escorted us the local market. Having Tuan along made those days in Ha Long blissfully easy to navigate.

We would highly recommend this brand new stylish hotel for your next trip to Ha Long.

This hotel is located close to tourist activities as well as a stone throw away to the beach.

Review: Only opened 5 months. So still clean and tidy. Best shower Ive had in 8 months of traveling of all accommodation I've stayed at.
