Review: Clean room, amazing staff, great breakfast.

Review: Fantastic boutique hotel just off the main stretch by the lake, surrounded by many massage options, with restaurants and main sights only a short walk away.

Rooms are thoughtful and very comfortable, tasteful decor, warm and clean. Breakfast is solid with good range of options. Staff all friendly and helpful.

The best part is Ms Cara who helped us with our vacation plans. She helped book our driver and van for the trip, as there was 7 of us on a family holiday. The driver she booked for us was outstanding and the van very comfortable and adequate, and our trip went very smoothly. Prices were very reasonable as well. If you want good value and no hassle, organise your holiday plans through Ms Cara for sure!

If I return to Hanoi, I will most certainly be staying back at San Boutique Hotel!

Review: We actually stayed here twice on our visit to Hanoi. The location is perfect for Hanoi food/shopping and sightseeing. We found the staff simply wonderful and willing to assist with any request. A modest breakfast is served on the top floor, enough juice and adequate to start your day. I would recommend this hotel.

Positive points: I like how convenient their location is from the lake and all the other establishments. Our stay got a bit noise but nothing untolerable since we stayed during Tet Holiday (Vietnamese New Year). All staff are friendly, smiley and approachable which are a plus! 😊 and they serve a very good Pho that we even eat that for Breakfast everyday (that good)! Also, I really like their interior!! 💖
