Positive points: I loved everything. Accommodation size, price, service, location and breakfast buffet. We rented scooters through the hotel. They where really beat up but we got to explore the area.

Positive points: Big units (large houses), large facilities (gym, pools, spa, restaurants). Great pastries and food.

Positive points: The villas are pure luxury, they are hugh! plenty of space for everyone, we traveled as a family of 6 people. Villas are very modern, new & clean, beds very comfy, amazing showers. Breakfast was plentiful, something for everyone, good value. We had room service, which arrived quickly & we used the spa which is very nice.
We explored the city of HA LONG by buggy, the driver was great, he talked to us through Google Translate and told us all about his city & answered all the questions we had.

Review: We stayed 2 nights. The villa has 5 bed rooms and a huge living room and kitchen. It has its own swimming pool and is very close to another bigger swimming pool of the hotel. We enjoyed our stay.

Positive points: Booked the accommodation for a friend's family and they absolutely love their stay, only one thing is they was expecting to go to the park but could not due to the park didn't open, that's would be great if the information can be updated up front.

Review: The staff were friendly and the breakfast was great. Our children really enjoy staying here.

Review: My family went on a trip after Typhoon Yagi for a month, but the resort had restored almost all services. The resort gifted us discount vouchers, so we were able to fully enjoy all the travel services in Ha Long at the best prices. The hotel location is very convenient, just 2-3 minutes by taxi to the center where there are plenty of restaurants and shops. The hotel staff is extremely friendly, charming, and provided complete information about services and eateries in Ha Long, even helping us book a tour to the bay. Thank you, Oakwood, for giving my family a wonderful vacation during our first trip to Ha Long. The next time we come to Ha Long, I will definitely choose Oakwood. Thank you very much and see you again.

Review: Resort was good. Villa are big and spacious, breakfast is excellent lot to choose from.
Two nice swimming pools.
Not much to do close by.
