Review: It's just too expensive given the room size. Everything else is very good. You would get buffet in breakfast, lots of options there. It's very near to Hoan kiem lake. Location wise just perfect. It's in the middle of a busy street. Don't fall for this trap of room having city view.

Positive points: Friendly staff and good location. Every floor has 1 room. Friendly staff and lot of tours on offer. Excellent breakfast at the next door hotel

Positive points: The staff was great. Location was fine. The complementary breakfast was served at another location which was a little strange but it was very good. Price of the room was very reasonable. We had a huge balcony with seating and a table. The bed was quite comfortable.

Positive points: The hotel is right at heart of Old Quarter, just 3 min to Hoan Kiem lake, and few min away from Train street, beer street etc. The rooms are spacious and clean, comfortable to stay with family. The staffs are friendly and helpful, especially Tung, he even helped to pack breakfast on the day we leaving as we have to leave at 6 am and the breakfast only start at 6:30. Mr. David also helped to book airport pick up and transfer, the drivers are punctual as well. We had wonderful stay at Family Suite Hotel.

Review: The room that I original booked in Agoda has been switched and move to another hotel that manage by same hotel management team.

First day check in I have with Hotel Manager original room that u booked not available.

I am feel very disappointed on this point. The room that I get way more smaller than the original I booked.

I don’t want to spoilt my family vacation and accept what is the reason provide by hotel management.

This I totally can’t accept it.

The only positive is location.

Review: Stayed a total of 7 days leaving for a couple of days to Halong bay at Sapa! It felt great coming back to this hotel with very friendly staff especially Natalie! Who recommended alot of amazing places to eat and activities! will come back to this hotel for sure.

Positive points: Location was excellent, room was clean and spacious but the bathroom could use a really good scrub. Missing ceiling tiles in the bathroom didn’t help, but overall it was pretty good.

Review: Very good, clean and cozy hotel. There are big rooms. Only it is difficult to find, the entrance is through travel agency. The sign is upstairs, see up:) separately I want to note the staff. Very friendly people who will help with everything.

Positive points: It's in a very good location, walking distance from the lake, surrounded by restaurants and spas. The pizza 4P's is just across the road as well. One of the most amazing pizzas in town. The staff is very helpful. Breakfast is good. Overall with the price we paid it's all good.

Positive points: Spacious room with a French balcony. I just loved it. Very serviceminded and always smiling girls in the reception. Amazing breakfast. Super location in the middle of Old Quarter, Train Street and the lake. Beds are a little hard for my taste, but many people like firm beds. Soundproofing could be better - you hear the street noise when there is.
