Review: Amazing for the Price! Breakfast is included and consists of a variety of eggs, Baguette, honey, jams, salad, tea and coffee from 7am until 09:30. Tours are super cheap, the atmosphere is great, and beer is 18,000. The Ferry terminal.for tours is a 15 minute maximum walk. Note, however, that Grab doesn't really work at all in this area of Halong for Motos or food (you'll likely not find a driver 95% of the time for these), though it will work for taxis. The place is clean, the WiFi sufficient, and the water always hot. They even provide toothbrushes. Towel rent is 20,000. Would recommend 100%. For the dormitory price, how can this not be 10/10!

Review: The hotel is located at Alley 1 Vườn Đào, behind Mường Thanh. The address on the app is a bit off, but after wandering for a while, I found the room at the end of the alley. I booked it on the app and the price was quite reasonable, and the rooms were very clean. It's in an alley (but close to Sunworld) so it's quiet and comfortable. I will definitely stop by again if I visit HL.
