Review: The trip is value for money, we especially enjoyed the set dinner in the cruise

Positive points: Overall the cruise is solid value for money. The rooms were big and clean , really comfortable and had amazing view, The food was nice and tasty and since i had informed them that I was a vegetarian, they had arranged some special snacks for me but my wife loved the seafood dinner. Our cruise manager Mr. Brian was was amazing and very helpful , he was always available if you ever needed any help and he was always eager to help and offer solution. Every activity that they planned happened on time. The staff did not speak English but you can tell that they were very eager to help ( I used google translator most of the times). The ship cruises for just a few hours in total and mostly is anchored. There is no Wi-Fi or mobile network on the cruise which was great haha.

Review: We had great time with Era cruise, we loved our room which was family suit. Staff were so helpful and tried their best to serve us vegetarian food aa one of us was vegetarian. Would definitely recommend being there

Review: This was an amazing experience. The boat itself and the rooms were amazing. Our 6 course dinner was superb. Owen and his team did an extraordinary job looking after us and took care of every detail. We would love to come back and do another cruise with them one day.

Positive points: I booked with Era Cruize fortunately for us they put us on their other new cruize Venus , They upgraded our room to pearl Suit , No words to explain we were 100% satisfied , the rooms are big spacious , comes with a Jacquizz , private balcony with swings , sun beds , 180 degree view

Positive points: The boat was very spacious with beautiful views from each stateroom.

Review: While many boats may seem the same, this one had a good mix of modern luxuries and traditional touches. 2 days 1 night enabled us to fit in a wonderful visit. Only complaint would be the food is just okay. But the hospitality is outstanding. Huan and Peter really stood out, but the whole staff is amazing. We loved doing morning tai chi and kayaking into the bay.

Positive points: Especially thanks to staff Mr.Vinnie and crews who take care of My husband as he got sudden kidney stone problem in the middle of the night. Since the pain is too severe have to go hospital, they arrange speed boat within half an hour and manage to go hospital near Pier. While my husband was hospitalized for 2 days, Staff Mr.Vinnie helps us a lot. I can't thank enough to say. Era Cruise is lucky to have such a crew member. And also, thanks to Mr Thuy Dang who help us for the Trip.

Review: Cruise is really beautiful and it was our anniversary and they really made it special with a surprise. A must visit curise with great food but pool could be bigger.

Positive points: Large rooms and plenty of space to relax! The young crew was amazing and joyful. The activities were well organized and fun. The food surprised us, itwas great. Overall would definitely recommend thank you for the stay 😊

Review: I have taken this cruise but doesn't find it value for money.. first of all they changed the itenary from halong bay to lan ha bay due to weather reason which was shortne itenary and less places to explore..

There was so much activities in the shorten period of time that you won't time to relax.. those are optional activities but if you are paying you don't want to miss any.

Food options for vegetarian people were very less and after very short period of time vegetarian food was finished.. which was not very professional.. in breakfast tea and cofee was not included and they charged us extra for this.. seriously no beverage in breakfast I have seen this first time in my life. If you are paying this much money at least you expected tea/cofee.

Room was spacious and pretty clean and other facilities were same as mentioned..

As looking the price we paid and what we got I can say it's not worth the money.

Positive points: The staff were incredible, very helpful and so friendly. The two hosts Duc and Andrew were very knowledgeable and funny and really made our stay great. The food was fantastic and activities were very fun with the option of just hanging out in your room if you were tired.

Everything was perfect

Positive points: The cruise manager Owen made this trip an amazing one. He is such a good communicator and will help you with whatever you may need.
The room was beautiful, large, amazing view and everything you need. Being on the first floor we could hear kids above us running around all the time but otherwise it was exceptional. Laying in the bed and watching the world go by was such a treat and the bath in the window was unlike anything else.
The rest of the staff were so friendly, professional, happy and very good to us. We were only on the boat for one night but bonded really quickly to all the staff. It's truly an amazing experinece.

Review: The experience was fantastic. The staff were great, the coordination was seamless, and very easy to do activities or just relax. The only note is this cruise does not go to the most famous location one thinks of in Ha Long Bay, but still a very magical setting.

Positive points: The service was great, and the food was good. The room and bathroom was exceptional! The Ha Long Bay cruise was the best part of my vacation, which included Vietnam and Japan. Its not to be missed!
