Review: Room was clean, bright and very comfortable. We had a lovely little balcony and the elevator opened into our room so that was a nice perk. Staff were very helpful at all hours. The location is great, close to the action of the old quarter but a relatively calm and beautiful street with fewer motorists.

Positive points: The property was very well situated, it was in the old quarters with many good restaurants, cafes or stores nearby. The ally in which the hotel is situated is very quiet. The rooms were clean , staff members were attentive and breakfast was good . Amenities were provided as stated online.

Negative points: Everything was good.

Negative points: Area was a bit noisy but if you stay in the Old Quarter I expect there will be some noise.

Positive points: A very enjoyable stay in this hotel which is right in the heart of the Old Town but down a side street so noise is not a problem. The room we stayed in was massive, clean and had an amazing balcony overlooking stunningly lit Colonial architecture- a great spot to have a beer and chill before you hit the chaotic streets. Aircon was good and water provided daily which was a god-send! All in all a brilliant oasis to relax and recharge from the crowds and heat!

Negative points: Breakfast was provided in the main hotel opposite building to where we stayed which was good, although very small and crowded some mornings (there was a second breakfast area but it was not used by the hotel - probably because of logistics and staff, but this might have solved the overcrowding issue! ).

Positive points: Rooms and facilities were very clean and kept well. Staff had customer service in the forefront. Breakfast was very good too!

Negative points: The only reason I gave a lower score was that we had to leave the building to go to another for breakfast and the area was a little small. but it worked fine and was very close by. I would stay again even with that small issue.

Positive points: The staff is really nice and willing to meet your needs. The hotel is located in a rather quiet street for Hanoi (with good coffee shops and bars nearby).

Negative points: We unfortunately had a noisy room. The breakfast is served in a partner hotel. When we ate there, there were coffee and food stains around the buffet and on the tables.
