Amanda Luxury Cruise

Positive points: We had an awesome lunch, dinner, breakfast and brunch! we were lucky to get the most amazing guide, the most handsome man in Vietnam (or so he claims). He had awesome, helpful, interesting and fun commentary the whole time and was super enjoyable. He even held a tai chi class in the morning on the sundeck which was sooooo cool. we got to go kayaking, try squid fishing, do tai chi, have fun at karaoke, and meet great new people. overall 11/10 experience! Have to try 1 time in your life.

Positive points: Food on the cruise was delicious, well prepared and plentiful. We got to do everything as planned especially the caves were a terrific experience. A special word for our guide - A very caring, knowledgeable person and a good administrator. He speaks fluent English so we enjoyed our visits even more.

Positive points: All of these words are very good with me. The action that needs to be taken in the your life : kayaking among rocks, swimming, Tai-Chi Mornings, learning to prépare some Six (you can eat them right after!!) : not soo hard to do.

Positive points: I didn’t think a 2D1N cruise could pack so much luxury, but Amanda Luxury Cruise proved me wrong. The staff was exceptional—so attentive, friendly, and always ready with a recommendation or just a smile. The onboard activities kept me engaged the entire trip, from a morning yoga class on the deck with stunning views to a delightful wine-tasting session. The highlight, though, was the food. I’m still dreaming about the six-course dinner we had each dish was more impressive than the last.

Positive points: The location is great. The cruise was nice and smooth. We got to enjoy tons of exciting activities.

Review: Went on a 2 night 3 day cruise with Amanda Cruise with 2 adults and 2 teenage boys. Enjoyed the overall experience.

Positive points: We were upgraded when we arrived to a stunning room with a jacuzzi bath and balcony with breathtaking views. The boat was incredible with a stunning outdoor area upstairs where we were served a delicious 5-course dinner on both nights (a different menu on the second night), which no other boat does. Felt so well looked after by the incredible staff! The staff was always looking out for everyone and they served us extra cake because we ate ours so quickly! The food was also incredible and there was definitely no shortage of it 😄. The day trip in between both nights was so fun and the perfect amount of time! Did some amazing activities where we were looked after by Hoi, we felt like we had really had a 5 star experience! Just when we thought this magical trip had ended! Two of the staff from the tour turned up in Hanoi to give us a give a lovely gift of traditional Vietnamese coffee, for booking our trip with them! Really hope that we can join the cruise again in the future!

Review: We booked this cruise after reading up about the Amanda Lux, looking at the photos on Agoda and reading the facilities on offer. It was meant to be a speical and very decadent trip for us.

However, upon arriving at dock we were put onto the basic cruise. The cruise companies arguement was that we booked the basic dispite the property name being Amanda Lux and the photos and discription all saying otherwise.

For a basic cruise it was ok the rooms were nice and the food was good. The staff were very friendly. But! You get taken to all the super over crouded places the first day is a beach and look out.... The water is sticky, the beach small and over crouded and getting to the look out it like being in a mosh pit on stairs. The kayaking on the first day was nice.

We did a three day package so went to less croweded places on the 2nd day... Another kayak trip this time through caves, and a swimming spot with tiny beaches. The water was nice but you need to be a good swimmer and over the age of 4 to manage swimming there. Then you get dropped off at a peal farm... Where the guides whisper to you to please buy?

The last day you get taken to again a very popular cave ....bit is cool.

My honest thought is that if I would do it again I would skip the expencive cruise esp this one unless you want the basic Amanda cruise and do a few day trips to places I want to go and stay aomewhere nice with a pool on land.

Positive points: A 2D1N cruise sounds short, but this trip aboard the Amanda was anything but rushed. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and it felt like they knew exactly how to cater to every need. I signed up for a few activities, like the mixology class and a scenic shore excursion, and each one exceeded my expectations. The highlight, of course, was the food—everything from the fresh seafood at dinner to the breakfast buffet was prepared to perfection

Review: We celebrated our 30th anniversary on board the cruise ship . They decorated our bed which was a lovely surprise ! Dan was fantastic arranging all activities and questions on board . And also Seng who was amazing in dining room !!

Positive points: Five stars? No, no, no. The Amanda Luxury Cruise deserves its own galaxy. Every aspect of the cruise felt like a dream come true, but with zero nightmares—unless you count my existential crisis when I had to leave. The suites were so spacious, I kept looking for hidden cameras, convinced I was on some game show where the prize was "living in pure comfort for a week." And don’t even get me started on the food. I ate like I was preparing for an Ironman, but instead of racing, I was just sitting by the pool with a drink in my hand. Pure bliss. If this cruise was any more luxurious, I’d need a passport to visit my own room.

Chuyến đi trong ngày và đạp xe tại Cát Bà rất vui, mặc dù xe đạp thật sự cần được bảo trì! Chèo thuyền kayak sẽ rất thú vị nếu chúng tôi (và một cặp đôi khác) không bị hướng dẫn viên bỏ lại! Tuy nhiên, chuyến đi trong ngày này không do đội ngũ Amanda Luxury Cruise điều hành, vì vậy không phải lỗi của họ. Thức ăn trên tàu rất ngon.

Giá trị tổng thể xuất sắc và tôi sẽ recommend.
